We just wanted a quick bite and feed our little children, so our driver took us there from our return trip to Candidasa from Besakih. We were already appalled by the many huge busses in the parking lot. Our driver told us though that this place was cheaper than the one we had passed with less busses. Anyway when we... More

We drove 2hours through amazing countryside to this Resort and restaurant perched on the side of a hill to have a fantastic meal with a fantastic view over rice paddys and farm land. The food was delicious local cuisine made with fresh produce. All you can eat for $10 approx. The resort accommodation looked very nice though we did not try it... More

This was our LUNCH stop on a day tour .. The view is spectacular and the price for the buffet lunch is reasonable. Just take a deep breath and enjoy! The little restaurant serves a buffet style lunch that is not exceptional but quite tasty. It was a welcome pit stop after an afternoon of temple visits.

We stopped here for lunch as our guide felt we would enjoy the view. He wasn't wrong. Lunch was very tasty and reasonably priced. The grounds clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and the view well it was so good we plan to go back next year and stay for a few days to do some sunrise photography. Definitely... More

We hired one day tour to Besakih and others with Fabulous Ubud at Ubud. The driver carried us here at lunch time to view the rice terrace fields, and the view is really amazing. But, everything else was disgusting. They din't give us the opportunity to have lunch 'a la carta', even if they had one that they offered to... More

We did not stay at this resort, but did have lunch there. It was horrible - the worst food in Indonesia we had experience. First of all the place is a tour bus trap, set up to serve large numbers of people in a mass feeding frenzy with large pavilions set up with lots of tables and chairs. In fact,... More

This place has the most amazing views. Rooms are nice but not fantastic (bathroom does not meet the hotel standard) no wifi when we were here which was annoying as there is no tv in the room either. A good place to visit for lunch and enjoy the view or soend quality time with your partner.

Went to the restaurant for lunch. The views of Mount Agung and the paddies below are amazing, especially when it's clear. Service was good. It's normally a buffet menu, flat rate was about Rp 160,000 per person. Buffet was ok, but it could be better - some items were slow to be replenished, krupuk chips were a bit stale. Some... More

Stopped by again for lunch during a day trip for the buffet. The view was as inspiring as ever, but this time I found the buffet only "average," with fewer meat items in particular that appealed to me. Not as good as I remembered, although the staff were pleasant and efficient. With diet coke lunch was 160K. Relaxing, but not... More

We came here at the recommendation of friends who we met for lunch. The food is an "Indonesian Buffet". It was tasty enough and there was plenty to choose from. Staff were friendly and attentive. The best part, however, was the view. While it was a little cloudy the day we went, which obscured the top of Mt Agung, the view... More
