Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I feel very lucky that i got a chance to see the India's biggest heritage "Taj Mahal" and staying in the nearest hotel "Yamuna View" located at the mall road. In my opinion this is one of the best hotel of Agra because it is very close to the Taj Mahal and full of quality service. I got everything which was necessary for me like-Breakfast buffet-REading light next to the bed - Bath essence and shower gel- Bath towels, Linen shelves, Offer of sanitary products ( toothbrush, shampoo and soap, toothpaste, shaving kit etc ). Internet accessibility. The quality is checked regularly my mystery guesting of external inspection service. Overall it is the reasonable and completely honest place to stay in Agra for the unknown tourists.

We spent one night there. The hotel could be interesting in its decadent 50/60's look... The problem is that rooms Are pretty dirty, bathrooms Are horrible and the staff, overall, is really unpleasant.

As the name suggests, the hotel has a great location. However the service was very average. We had to call up room service three times to get our towels changed. Food was not good at all, and we ended up having our b/f and other meals at nearby eateries. Overall nice place, but not value for money.

High standard hotel. Nice, big, clean and very comfortable rooms. Try to get quite room with swimming pool view and not with main road view that is noisy all night. The restaurant is clean and serves high quality food - eat exellent buffet dinner at the restaurant and don't go outside

We went to Agra to attend Wedding Program of our friend and use the services of Hotel Yamuna View. The Hotel is situated in prime location of the Agra. Rooms of the Hotel were good enough and well decorated. All the requisite facilities were available. Hotel was neat and clean and gave good feeling. Room service was good and Food was nice.

This place was the Faulty towers of India. They left us be hassled, in the blazing midday heat, for a good hour by touts at the train station where we had arranged a pick up by email two days before, where eventually we arrange our own transport and instead of an apology they told us that we should have booked earlier, after a long train trip this was the last thing we wanted to hear and that was just the begining. The food, both Indian and continental was inedible. My spouse got an hour massage that lasted 30 mins and cost four times the price of a decent massage in the Radisson in varanasi, which is a real quality indian hotel, I can't wait till ones opens in agara. There are many more thing wrong with this place and I don't have time to go into details, but at the end we were

Although we had a very warm welcome from the staff, the hotel is very poor in cleanliness. We hade 2 rooms. My daughter had sheets that were completely yellow and teared!, the curtains could not be closed and in both rooms the water was brownish/red. We called roomservice, they came to fix the curtains, well at least they tried. concerning the water ; they told us this was perfectly clean water. No need to say that we did not wash...ough!

Hotel is very Nice and best for Family holidays. It is just 10mins from Taj Mahal During night time the fountains in garden are seems like Diamond sparking between the flower. The building is painted in red and cream yellow colour which looks more beautiful in night time...Specially the red shade of the exterior of the building...n it seem like "Diamond Ring of fountains between red rose"
