What I liked best about the hotel was the view from the room and the front lawn which overlooked the city (the hotel is located at a height) . The early morning view from the balcony of the room overlooking a little jungle and waterbody of sorts and a walk in the lawn with its flower beds is a real...

The restaurant was very very cold. We had quite a few layers of clothing on but were still cold. Service...

Freezing cold with terribly slow service in the restaurant/bar - poor food - no gin & tonics. The room's sanitary installations were a nightmare - taps falling off...

The hotel, largest in Ooty, is situated on Havelock road near the botanical garden, has plenty of things for kids like laser disc theatre, and kids corner. The hotel makes alot of sense for it's closeness to the botanizal garden

Location of hotel is mind blowing, on the top of the hill. I like Breakfast most. Service provided in hotel are good one. One more I want to mention is Dinning and lobby area is big one. That I like most.
