First thing I should mention is that the room had quite a few cockroaches. To the point they were crawling on the bed at some point. It's good if you need to arrive really early but unfortunately you will need to check out at the same time. They will not allow you to pay for a few hours extra. The...

Very nice room on the roof with a nice balcony. View of the city roofs is surprisingly nice. This place has some charm. The rooms are clean, there is some lift"boy" - actually some old man. This place is the cheapest in the street but it has very good service.

The Hotel is a very old one !! Close Proximity to Sri Meenakshi Temple. Surrounded by lots of Veg and Non Veg Restaurants is a boon !! Service is Prompt, but rooms and toilets desperately require a makeover !! Pocket and Customer Friendly hotel. Can be much better !!!

We stayed at TM Lodge for one night. After backpacking India for almost two month, our expectations shouldn´t be over the top, but TM Lodge was simply no pleasant stay. The staff at the reception was not friendly at all and the room with AC was rather expensive, especially because the AC failed several times. The lift was broken. We...

Have twice stayed in this budget hotel, has an admirable location .. reasonable sized room and clean enough .. get an upper floor room with tiny balcony and good cross breeze when both doors are open .. room rates were Rs 660 or Rs 590 on single occupancy.

We had an overnight train from Puducherry and arrived in late into Madurai. I was glad to see this accommodation open. It was Rs1300 for 24hrs and had AC. The rooms were adequate as was the bathroom. No bugs and was quiet. The staff were friendly and I found this place to be in a good spot for restaurants and...

Firstly the reception people are friendly. There is a dedicated lift operator, the sheets were clean in my room, and I had a good view. The room and bathroom were clean. It was a squat toilet though, but I didn't mind because it was clean. It has a really good location near the temple. There is a very tasty and...

In the street, where this hotel is, you can spend a lot of money on AC and non AC room for about 2000 rupees per night. Or you can go to the TM lodge. The people were very nice and our room was very clean. We wanted to have a beer at around 8:30pm and one of the staff went...
