This place blends mod-cons with heritage very successfully. The rooftop view is great, and the thali at the restaurant there was tasty. There are ground floor rooms for those who are unable to climb the stairs. It's away from the bustle around the clock tower but only ten mins from the fort.

Myself and my boyfriend recently stayed at Singhvi's and although we were aware this building is an old Haveli with good views our stay exceeded our expectations. We originally booked one of the more basic room (backpackers budget) however when we arrived we were shown around the rooms they had available and offered us a good discount to upgrade. After...

The view is amazing from the terrace, you can see the whole of blue city easily, and the Fort just looms over the distance like a gigantic guard. The food is nice. The people are nicer!! Lovely hosts, amazing and friendly. The staff is courteous, helpful and thoughtful. They helped us with tuk-tuks, choosing the meals, recommended markets to shop...

We booked this haveli for 4 nights travelling with 2 children aged 11 & 10. The rooms were unsatisfactory in so much as the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms dark and with ceilings and doors so low you had to bend over to avoid hitting your head - one tiny window in one room letting in no light. Food was...

We had taken 2 rooms, and had asked for the best views, and the very gracious hosts had given us what we'd asked for-- in the topmost floor. However, when they saw that we had my 79 year old mother with us, they immediately told us that they'd give us one room at a lower level the next day, so...

We rode two tuk-tuks through a maze of narrow streets to reach this traditional haveli in the heart of the Old City. You really feel like you’re stepping back in history when you enter the courtyard and climb the many stairways to get up to your room. (Lots of steep steps.) The haveli is practically in the shadow of the...

My 21 year old daughter and I loved this hotel. It is definitely quirky with lots of steps and nooks and crannies and not easy to get to. You can't drive. You need to take a somewhat harrowing tuktuk ride or walk up the narrow, winding road. It's all part of the adventure. But worth the effort and wait till...

Excellent service, Food was excellent. Room were not very spacious but was good enough for a family of four. It is a traditional haveli...

Clean rooms, hot water, fastest wifi in India, beautiful rooftop with view of Mehrangarh, great food if a little pricey, eclectic haveli oozing with charm. Extremely well managed place with excellent staff (Shanka and Sunil), we had a great stay here. Quiet neighborhood (no honking), 10 min walk to the fort.
