Room service is very poor it takes upto 90 - 120 minutes. Asked for vegetarian food they served non veg food after 120 minutes. My suggestion is not to have a food at hotel, it just raises your temparment.

The hotel initially didn’t give us a feel of the Marriott group but boy when it comes to their service it is impeccable.We had an issue with the Aircon but Mr Ramesh Naik, housekeeping manager took care of it like an ace & we are very warmed by his courteous gesture. We definitely recommend this hotel for their polite guest handling services.The breakfast spread was good and they were more than welcoming to accommodate any special requests. Special Thanks to Mr Ramesh Naik for going that extra mile to make our stay comfortable.😊

Our experience was extremely comfortable and it felt like a family & home @Fairfield by Mariott. We were relocating from Mumbai to Pune & had a pretty long stay at the property, each staff was very very welcoming- Srushti at Reception, Mahendra, Priyansh, ever smiling & happy Chef Kalpesh, Lokesh, Debjit, Shyamli, Ashish, Pratik, Amir, Nikhil, Akash Pal, Aniket, Akshay, Shankar, Nitin, Pandey ji just to name a few...this place is our second home @ Pune :). Superb service going out of way to accommodate the comfort of guests words cannot describe the experience.

I liked the service of the Kava Restaurant. Specially Lokesh, Debjit , Aniket are best in their jobs. You should definitely visit this restaurant and Fairfield hotel. Also the housekeeping team is doing good job. Rahim is having good hospitality.

I stayed here for 15 days in which breakfast and dinner was included, I absolutely loved the place, staff was so good and friendly, you will feel like a family here, I interacted mostly with Head chef Kalpesh and Lokesh. They both are awesome and helped me so much. They takes care of your food taste also, make food on your demand. I have never seen such a polite staff. Food taste is also very good. Thanks Fairfield by Marriott for making our stay joyful🥰

I visited Fairfield Marriott when I was shifting my base location form Mumbai to Pune for my new posting and the experience I had was amazing . I stayed for 10 days and I never felt that I am away from home for the service I got from the staff . The food is at par with standard but the service is next level form each one of them. Special shout-out to Lokesh who has been amazing with his hospitality..Thank you guys … keep rocking!!!!

Excellent service, amazing hospitality and remarkable service by all the staffs.It was my son's birthday party and they just made it the best day of my life. Special thanks to Mr. Amey Patil, Chef Kalpesh and Debjeet Pratik. A must try to plan your special days. They will make it a wonderful experience for you.
