Hotel has a nice, cozy, warm vibe. The rooms and hotel amenities are good. The staff made a solid effort to make our stay special. Rahul Paliwal, the GM and a special mention to Mujib & Ankur at the restaurant for great service. Chef Deepinder & Team cook up a nice spread. The Food is good. Hotel has an ok gym-clean, well maintained. No leg training equipment i.e. power rack or smith machine. Well maintained and clean, yes. Thank you Team Four Points for a happy stay.
Not what you expect from A 5* with Sheraton and Marriot pedigree. Well, may be there are few guests in the executive floor; else why would you find stained linen on bed, left overs from previous occupant under the wardrobe and torn, aged towels in the bath? Towels in the bath were even more surprising since these sported Trident Hotel labels! What, bought these at a garage sale? Definitely environment friendly, but recycling taken to extreme. At this price point, perhaps one could look at a better property closer to the city.
I would like to appreciate the Chauffeur Mr. RAJENDRA for pro-actively helping in tracing my mobile phone and safely handing it over to me before my flight. I am very grateful to him and the Staff on duty on Reception for co- ordinating it so fast. Keep up the good work both of you. Thanks a lot. GOD bless❤
Not what we expected, check in was late on 8th ~11.30pm..Trainee Swagat was on shift..he was super man..check in ,bell boy , handling few corporate drunk ball room people .. unfortunately his seniors were relaxing in back office ( same few did my check out at 1pm next day..seems understaffed or cost cutting or just simple bad rosters)..Room was ok, housekeeping ok,rook service ok .. however no matter what, where is the 3 ring pick up phone..seems call back was the norm..also I has to check in, go to security to tell my room..what happened to this.. could the same be handled better..I feel Dutymanager,FOM and GM should be huled up ..also a fin serve corporate who has very high sprited teams who were like wild horses ( across any gender) ..hic hic hurray
I am a regular visitor at the hotel and always choose the hotel due to the rooms and service. However, there have been many instances of poor food quality. My colleague stopped eating here and used to go out/ order from out. There are times when I enjoy the buffer however the starters are rarely fresh. Al-a-carte is very good however very disappointed with the breakfast and buffet. Salads don't feel fresh. Baked beans was half baked and felt raw. Don't expect the food quality to be bad when its a 5 star hotel.
