Nice and value for money the staff are very cooperative and nice. Only thing they need to work little more on breakfast buffet as it is very limited for a good choice. The ambience and overall interaction with the staff is very good.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is also gentle and helpful. Ashutosh and Gajanan from house keeping is a very helpful and generous. The services provided by both of the was amazing no place to complain. Also Debangana from front office department is a very kind humble and lovely person. The welcome she has given to us by her was just amazing and very friendly. She was also very helpful whenever there was a need. Thank you so much Debangana, Ashutosh and Gajanan for making my visit unforgettable. Will definitely try to visit it again

Its a wonderful property and I was very impressed. Shashank at the front desk was very cordial and helpful in giving me Options for my Suite. The food was amazing. Yugaansh at the single malt bar prepared amazing mocktails. At the restaurant the staff was wonderful and food amazoing. Special Mention for zaid, Dolvi, Devan, Rochan, Puii for being so warm and wonderful. I will recommend this property to anyone visiting Pune.

Had come there for a family function with my whole family, we were very disappointed with the snacks items being those Kachoris those little tiny ones then came the chat section the chat pooris were so hard , oily smelly and trust me not of the quality at all. , and them comes the sweet dish we had tried Kaju Katli and Gulabjam but believe me you can do better than this, Kaju Katli was Honestly sweeter than sweet and one probably will get diabetes eating those for sure and Gulabjamuns were found hard from the inside and trust me the quality is such a disappointment. Just a question does the chef even taste these items before laying them for the guests or the thing is true that you all still freeze and serve old dated items. Such a sad incident. Kindly train your chefs so they can help you attain 100% customer satisfaction and experience. There are hotels like Ritz Carlton / Conrad and many more, it won't take much of time to shift base and change their venues if this is the kind of quality you would serve customers and also charge them a bomb! Not right at all.…

Overall it was a great stay, specially the restaurant staff was amazing and very helpful, since I don't eat onion garlic, they ensured they got all my meals cooked on time and per my demand. Only thing I would like them to empathise is on medical assistance available specially during night hours as emergency can happen at any point of time

Whether on business or for a leisure trip, when in Pune do stay at Hyatt Regency. Its an amazing hotel, manned by some of the most courteous people in the business. Its 2 restaurants Pune 14 and Zeta serve the tastiest food you can get in town. And the indoor climate controlled all weather swimming pool should be tried during the stay. Their spa is another experience in itself. Overall this hotel is a complete value for money experience

Located in Viman Nagar, is best property if have any personal or official work. Rooms are cleaner and spacious. Breakfast options are good. staff is courteous. Temperature COntrtolled pool was best feature which we used a lot too. Relaxing chairs, Jacuuzi (whirl pool), Steam and Sauna are also available - and a nice gym. Multiple food options are available.
