Beautiful property amidst a busy city, excellent amenities and we'll appointed room's. Me and my friends enjoyed the long weekend thoroughly and skipped most outings thanks to the hot climate, however there was so much to enjoy in this property. The welcome service is extremely casual, very smooth and informal, which was highly appreciated. Rooms were great,. Very well kept and with a pool view, infact my room was changed due to a particular odour in the room, probably from alcohol from the previous guest's.. The bed was extremely comfortable, however we had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but that was resolved promptly. Room service was again beyond expectations and our room service assistant/ house keeping staff, Mr Bikram was extremely helpful. He even helped me shift my luggage while changing the room. He always kept my bed in super clean condition and replenished water and other supplies regularly. The floor manager was also helpful and left no page unturned to make our stay comfortable. Food was another level, their restaurant three kitchens was absolutely fantastic and our attendant Mr Yugal and Ms Manisha were on a marathon making every order ready and even making suggestions. A special mention about the public relations, Elizaveta Naumova, for guiding us through various venue's and treating us superbly. I forget the attending desc manager's name, but the lady made our reservations quite smoothly and without any hiccups. Our bill was settled the method of our choice and departure was memorable. Being a jaded traveller, Rarely am I impressed with all facets of a property but the Ritz Carlton was the exception! Flawless check in by Ishmeet. He met me as my car drove into the porch - straight to the room and check in completed in 5 minutes. Nothing seemed like a big deal for any of the staff - be it the restaurant, the roof top bar, the spa - amazing. This was my second stay in less than 6 months. Well done!
Coming out of lockdown went for a Staycation at Ritz Carlton Pune on January 2021. Check in was fast and the staff were friendly. Deluxe Room with Golf course view was spacious and well maintained. View from room was superb. Pool wasn’t operational during our visit. Buffet breakfast was with ample variety and satisfying. The stay was all in all a memorable one.
We the employees of Atyeti Inc Pune & clients from the Credit Suisse had a party this night (05-May)... First of all the paintings at the reception attracted me (Nana PhDanvis , Mahadaji Shinde) Surprised to see the Pune culture at the reception of a 5 Star hotel...Wonderful arrangements made by the team Ritz Carlton ... Especially Saurabh , Satyam,Rohan & Abhishek from F&B team served us beverages and orders were taken up to the mark...Chef Nilima from F&B production served me a wonderful variety of desserts. The 2 chefs at the Indian section served me the paneer tikaa right on the table inspite of it was over... Anyways had a wonderful experience at the hotel !!! Ambience is fabulous! No words to say !! I've always had a beautiful experience with Ritz Carlton.This time I visited Aasmana and I loved every second of my evening.The food, the drinks and the ambience was top notch.A big thank you to Sagar and the Aasmana team for being the absolute best! 23 & grateful♡

TRC for 4 nights, our experience of the hotel, suite and staff succeeded our expectations. Our whole experience was exceptional, it's top class they have got so much so right! We travel frequently staying at many top hotels can therefore say this hotel, its services & customer service is up there as one of the best, particularly in India. A special mention & big thank you to a few staff members that we feel made our stay very enjoyable..... Housekeeping, Fedro was fantastic he made us feel so welcome and cared for, the surprises he left in our room were a delight and much appreciated, thank you Fedro also thank you Chinn and colleagues. Aasmana our favourite place, this roof top bar has a real feel good factor, the view, setting, cocktails, food and especially the staff were all amazing. Special thank you to Shashank he always went above and beyond making sure we were well looked after, much appreciate all his efforts, also having the chef make a surprise butter chicken naan for us, so tasty & needs to be on the menu. Cocktail bar tender was fab esp his Mai Tai's, the DJ was great every night & big thank you to the chef, the food for our large group business dinner so tasty & enjoyed by everyone, service by Shashank was exceptional. Three Kitchens variety of amazing food, staff very attentive, Vijay very helpful. Great dessert section Gym & Pool, fantastic facilities really enjoyed both, staff were exceptional. We completely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. …
We have visited Threes kitchens, Ritz Carlton Pune, we had a very good dining experience. I would like to mention Sanket n Vijay, as they were very proactive and helpful. Ambience is amazing and the food is really nice and there are so many options available. There was one issue which I have faced w.r.t to freshness of the food.
As always, very friendly and attentive welcome at entrance and front desk. Staff is outstandingly welcoming and supportive. Restaurant staff could have be a little more attentive at times, but with full house it can be understood. Indian food is delicious (three kitchens and Aasmana. As a European I would expect more from western food (three kitchens). Breakfast buffet is excellent. Room is always clean and nicely organized after housekeeping. Some technical issues at times (got kicked from wifi sometimes, installation falling from curtain area, not fixed). Surroundings of Hotel are not very inviting to me (not many places to hang out in walking distance). All said, this is with respect to Ritz-Carlton being a 5-star luxury hotel. The overall experience is brilliant, but small things can always be improved.…
Amazing and welcoming team at the reception, housekeeping, concierge, team kitchen and welcome team. All the staff at the reception work with enthusiasm and answer all the questions. The customer care is above and beyond my expectations. You will 💘 it. The rooms are sparking clean and the staff are there to make your stay away from home enjoyable. I will definitely come back to Ritz Carlton again.
