Business Meeting with Sales Promoters

Excellent, timely and comfortable service from Pratap Ji and team. The quality of food was excellent and arrangement for the seminar was done timely and professionally. The program could start on time and all the necessary stationary etc was provided as instructed.

Appreciation and heartfelt gratitude

A heartfelt Thank you to the entire team of Central Park Hotel ,Pune,for the impeccable service provided at our family event held at their venue. A special mention for head of F&B Mr. Sanjay Jaiswal for the wonderful hospitality, n for pulling off such a big event without any glitches.The food too was very delicious.Went back with great memories.

Nice Hotel but poor service!!

This Hotel is situated at a prime location in Pune (barely 1 km from Railway station and 7-8 kms from the Pune airport and walking distance from MG Road market). It has good facilities but the quality of service is not upto the mark. Several complaints regarding services fell on deaf ears, so much so that I had to file a written complaint to the duty manager, Mr Ganesh (photo of complaint attached). Despite repeated reminders, no one came to fix the poor AC flow in our room, the disruption of hotel intercom (due to which we had to dial the hotel landline from our mobile phone repeatedly) was also pointed out but went unattended. Hotel swimming pool is on the terrace but not looked after well. I myself picked up cigarette butts from the pool and threw them in the dustbin. Hotel breakfast buffet is good and offers many options and has good seating capacity. Overall, it's the quality of poor service from the hotel which was a concern and I hope the improve upon that aspect.…

THE BEST - THE CENTRAL PARK HOTEL

The visit was for the business meet/conference, The arrangements was as discussed and as finalised. Great food, great support staff ,specially would like to mention name of Mr.Prabhat. We will definitely choose The central park hotel for future conferences as well.

A Home away from Home

The Central Park Hotel (TCPH) – a home away from home, that is exactly the type of experience my wife and me have had during our long stay from the 22nd of June. Being senior citizens especially when one intends to have an extended stay one always worries about what the future might hold but our worries were put to the rest by the wonderful unconditional service provided by staff of the TCPH. No matter how many accolades my wife and me would like to impart on the TCPH staff it would never be enough. The dedication and perfection of the staff has been excellent, which is only possible when there is a strong and committed management which works endlessly behind the scenes to ensure that the Guests get best hospitality in the hotel industry. Right from the time one arrives at the TCPH, one is greeted by huge smiles from elegantly attired staff. The first to greet you is the ever-green Santa the ‘bell hop’ who is probably the longest serving staff (have known him for years) who makes you comfortable immediately he meets you. The Front Desk headed by the ever alert & professional Mr. Ganesh is a mesmerizing experience by itself, starting with the ever efficient & assiduous Ms. Rekha (reservations), who fosters to ensure that everything is as perfect as possible. The attributes of Ganesh and Rekha rub of all those around them which ensure the well organized functionality of the Hotel. Rekha particularly has been like a daughter who constantly checks on the well-being of her parents. Then there is the diligent and hardworking Janvi who is always smiling despite the workload along with the Rahul, Santosh etc….the other smiling members of the Front Desk. Our suite was well organized and well decorated. Archana from House Keeping is the ever ready battery willing to do anything to ensure that the guests are comfortable and happy making sure that the Home is clean and tidy at all times, of course the directions or Reshma and Gautam needs a mention too. Lastly the Food & Beverage, the competent and resourceful Vikas, is always compromising to ensure one’s total satisfaction. Always call at the dot of 8.30 am to take the order for breakfast and is very patient and accommodating. When Vikas wasn’t around, Shukla and Charanjit were equally up to the task. Though we make special mention to some of the staff, one should understand that it is a collective effort that ensure the successful operations in its entirety. If we have missed out anyone, it is unintentional and maybe we haven’t been able to recollect their names but nevertheless we are grateful to everyone and whole heartedly thank everyone for making our stay like…….A HOME AWAY FROM HOME’ hospitality in it’s true meaning. We wish everyone at TCPH the very best . Best regards Celia & Vincent Semoes…

Engagement function

I visited Hotel Central Park to attend one of our Family friend Daughter engagement with other family members. Retirement Party

It was our family friend retirement party which done in hotel central park and we visited here from Baramati, really a wonderful get-together in awesome place. All arrangement are done in such a nice way by hotel staff. Dinner was amazing so open place in roof top.Highly recemended for such functions in centre of city. Saroj Chadda

Overall very happy experience

I have been staying here regularly every week since 3 months. The staff and service are excellent in their service and food quality is superb. Facility has very good rooms, banquets,gym and swimming pool. Special mention and thanks to Rekha Ji, Jhanvi ji, Mr Santa Cruz and entire staff for their efficient service and hospitality. Very very happy with the Hotel
