Unfortunately had to stay at the hotel despite wanting to check out the minute we walked into our room, since they refused is a refund. The room was dirty, the linen unwashed. Had to go as far as making the manager personally come to the room to inspect the bedding, in addition to the wooden panelling that was rotten and covered in mould. The AC vents were coated in years worth of dust and residue, the air had a musty and stale stench making it impossible to even breathe. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and the drain was missing the cover. The tiny bathtub didn't have a proper stopper so basically was useless. The hygiene level was so poor that the frosted glass of the bathroom partition had handprints on it, which nauseated us immediately. The only reason we managed to survive the night was because after inspection the hotel manager and staff themselves were so horrified they had no option but to give us a different, and thankfully mildly bearable room. The manager, on seeing the sordid state decided to deviate the blame onto a poor staff member who had accompanied him on the inspection. To top it all, the hotel employees, barring 2 decent concierges who were polite and assisted us, had a snarky attitude, which didn't help the situation. Would rate this place a -10. Do not stay here. P.S- after all that hassle, they had the audacity to charge us for a bucket of ice. Have never heard of paying for freezing water before.…

Excellent hotel and staff. Their receptionist Miss Priyanka and Mr. Nilesh are cooperative and understanding. The restaurant serves well cooked food for Breakfast. Both Mr. Nitin and Mr. Vijay were helpful in addressing the queries and boarding the hotel. The hotel is located at excellent location.

Hotel is good and decent in pune Kp area. However now property needs maintenance. During my stay hot water was concern. Staff is friendly. I like their bathrooms as they have bath tubs. Breakfast buffet is very ok they need to increase the options currently very limited options were there.

As I entered it didn’t hv general AC..rooms r old fashioned they don’t hv converter for iPhone Overall it’s 3 star It’s over priced! I had orderd sandwiches which was so over priced n tea too They should charge according to their standards

The stay was pretty average. The staff are polite enough but dont expect out of the world customer service. A lot of basic items were not present in the room like slippers, toiletries apart from soap. Also they do not allow outside food which is a bummer (they claim it was due to Covid protocol, which doesn't make any sense as every thing is open now with free movement). Good for them cause they can profit from in room dining more. The breakfast buffet spread was average at best, with NO meat based items like chicken or pork. Only Indian veg items and egg live station. So disappointing for non vegetarians. Would look for a better place next time, wont be returning.
