Place is nice to stay but lack the following: 1. Food - No proper cook (Be it veg or Non-veg), no raw material to cook. For every order they go for 20 km to get the raw material & then prepare. Even after that the final food is not eatable. Non co-operative kitchen staff. Even they don't allow us to cook by saying oil not there, salt not available like...Height of this is onion Pakkoda a traditional snack item in south....these people said they dont know how to prepare... 2. Neatness - What is the meaning? This is how their staff will ask... 3. Preparedness to handle the guest..........A big no....We were a group of 12 members stayed recently, booked in advance, they were not prepared to keep stock of basic things like milk, tea powder, onions etc.....After seeing us they sent somebody to buy these stocks. 4. No wifi...... 5. No ameneties for games, children play area etc... 6. Fishing in the nearby river.......A big cheat.....don't fall prey 7. Shops nearby........A big no 8. For everything you need to depend on these people and this management is too lazy & the Manager by Name Benny is non-cooperative & does not know how to treat guests & improve business. Overall experience.........waste of Money if you look this property.

This farmhouse is situated in an excellent location surrounded by the Harrison Malayalam tea plantation. It's a scenic property with water frontage. All sorts of crops like cardamom, pepper, capsicum, Chinese orange, passion fruit, mango, papapaya, jackfruit, plantain, tapioca to name a few are grown in the property. It's an ideal place to soak in the visual delight in solitude. The peacefulness of this place soothe our jarred nerves away from the hectic city life. Service is excellent.

Location very far off......The property not worth for the travel we do. Nothing more to see. Facilities are very limited. Only a river, though they are telling fishing not much water for fishing. No scenic beauty like we feel in any high range location. Just like a highway side location..... K T MATHEW
