It wasn't a nice stay at all ! The room was dirty with old sheets and blankets. The owner don't care at all about his guests and he just says thank you when we gave him his 1200 roupies. And our night was noisy with a screaming dog and tuk tuks all the night in his courtyard. If you have...

The stay is ok and worth money. The location is centrally located. The caretaker is cordial and the service by him is ok. It can be recommended for a short stay as the hotel facilities are not expected at a home stay

I paid 1200/per night but the rooms were horrible. very old blankets. stinky towels, small portable TV , no room services. The owners were horrible. They were not kind, they were demanding . I have never seen a couple being so rigid.. Total Terrific experience.

Though it is a homstay, but excellent facilities for staying. It has large specious, neet and clean rooms in reasonable price. 4 persons can be accomodated in room. The only minus point is that it is inside a residencial area with narrow road, but 4 wheelrs can go and park easily. I suggest to try it.

Hot water wasn't available in the tap, however Raja brought us hot water in buckets. The foyer has a large round table with bamboo chairs, a nice place to sit...

Pros: Close to Kumily bus stand. Room and bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was beautiful. We stayed there till late. Owner Raja was very helpful. He was always present when we needed something. Food was not available then, he arranged our dinner by calling an autowala in Kumily (and he didn't charge anything). He also...
