We paid 300INR for a non-ac room which was the best we found in the area close to the bus stand. Rooms are adequate, a little grubby but not dirty and we were given the choice of a couple as it was the off-season. Towels are provided which is a nice touch. A little balcony to each room is nice to sit at although the view is nothing special. Rooms are a little dark and electricity is very on/off with no backup generator so bring a torch. Also mosquito nets are a must but prepare to be inventive in putting them up. (if the owner is reading this some hooks in the ceiling would be a bonus for a lot of people) Really friendly owner who helped us with bus information and let us store our bags for the day when we checked out. The Gold status which is advertised expired in 2009 (according to the certificate in the room) so this needs a little updating i feel.
