We loved this place. Not only the nice and warm welcome of the family, but also real cozy rooms, clean with wondeful small veranda places right in front. All places in Cochin are well walkable and easy to find. In all terms, also for good indian Restaurants, ask the family. They are just great, humorous, so polite and hansome -...

Kerala's got a very well developed homestay scene for Indian standards. Costa Gama is a perfect example of how it ought to be. There's a very nice family that stays downstairs and upstairs are 5 rooms single and double for tourists. They are helpful and kind and you've your privacy too. The rooms are clean. It has everything you need....

This place made my entire trip... Getting to know Benson and his family was such a treat. We talked extensively on how keeping things small allows for a much more personal experience. These guys do a great job making it feel like home (if you so choose to have that experience). - Weston

Costa Gama is a wonderful place to stay. Benson, Shiny and Denver welcomed us into their home and made us feel like we were staying with old friends. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful traditional door that had a snake shaped lock to guard us! On arrival Shiny gave us tea and lots of helpful information...

Benson and his family are wonderful hosts and make their place as friendly and welcoming as you would expect it at your own home. They were part of my India experience and every time when I was coming back to Kochi, I felt like I am coming back to my friends and place when I felt happy and safe. The...

Benson and Shali were friendly hosts and very helpful, aiding us in changing money, organising transport and organising a great backwater trip for us to go on. Room was simple and clean and facilities to make tea/ keep things in the fridge was good. Also handy location for walking to places in Fort Kochi.

My friend and I decided to stay at Costa Gama due to our friend's recommendation. And now I am happy to recommend it further. Located in the best part of Kochi, Fort Kochin, it is close to main attractions. The room was very comfortable and affordable. But the best value of Costa Gama is the owners - very friendly and...

I know it says 'home stay' but what's a home without a family in it?! And this family is incredibly welcoming and helping with every little thing. The stuff here is a part of the family. I got this lovely single room with my own shower and a sweet little balcony(-: This place has a small kitchen for the guests...

We stayed in Costa Gama Homestay for two nights. The place was really clean and tidy. Check-In was easy, and we could also check in in the morning. The homestay just have 5 rooms, but therefor a small kitchen and a rooftop terrace. The family who runs the homestay completes the feeling of a home:)

I stayed here for one night before flying back to Mumbai. I had the single room in the back and for what I paid it was excellent value. It was simple (no hot water, only a ceiling fan), but comfortable.
