As an InterNations Ambassador I host official social events every month. This time I decided to do it at Ritz Carlton. I called up customer care, they connect me to PR and spoke to Upasna and later she connected me with FnB Director Malvika. In no time venue was suggested and confirmation email was sent. What an excellent followup and teamwork. As I booked the venue, more than a month in advance, Malvika ensured to follow up again a week before the event. And later on the day of event Upasana and Malvika came to meet in person. No wonder why Ritz Carlton has such a great reputation because of their wonderful and committed staff like Malvika and Upasana. Hats off to you guys. The event went very well. All the guests had good time. Vishvesh and his team did a good job. I can recall Akash as I interacted him more. Thank you guys for what you do to create amazing experiences for the guests. The Ritz Carlton Hotel one of my favourite hotel group. Sad to say this is not as friendly for the Residents as its for our foreign guests. I had Booked a deluxe room with them which stated "Upgrade upon availability at check in to next Category" the same was confirmed with the reservation team. As u all are aware almost all the hotels are free because of the pandemic situations. But after the arrival I realised the hotel guest policy is not same for the local residents as i was never asked nor upgraded for next level category even after they had rooms free, which was also shown in they're reservation site. You can see multiple reviews where people where upgraded to next category but sadly I noticed most of them where out of India travellers. so why this hotel double policies where upgrades where only given to travellers from overseas? Apart from this I am happy with all the facilities and team work. I also got a call from the hotel manager post my stay where he asked, what was my experience in the hotel. Where I had shared my experience, initially he was also making stories that next room upgrades where not available as the rooms where running full. But when I questioned him If the rooms are full how they are shown vacant in your reservation site? he was quiet to answer. Finally I verdict on The Ritz Carton Hotel, Bangalore is HOTEL WHICH IS NOT FOR RESIDENTS. I WOULD PROBABLY BOOK RITZ CARLTON ONLY IF I TRAVEL OUTSIDE INDIA.

It was our 5th wedding anniversary so wanted really some special pampering. Ritz Carlton executive Vishwesh arranged a romantic candle light dinner @ "Entoica Wine Libraray" with Perfect environment, friendly service, great menu choices and the food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The staff truly cares about your experience. They really pampered us and made us feel special on our special day. Highly recommend. Prathiksha and Vishwesh cant thank you enough for getting this done on a such a short notice. Really appreciated.
