Booked directly through Mr Desai and stayed for 3 days in Coorg property. Initially it was unimpressive in the reception due to old look but the moment Mr Arun Das, Manager greeted us and explained about the resort with renovation plan, things changed. The team led by Arun took care of each and every guest so nicely, we felt staying...

Bitten by bed bugs and developed skin allergy, got the food of choice of the receptionist because what I ordered wasn't prepared, AC not working, forget about hot water- getting ordinary water itself was an issue, and the breakfast buffet menu was the best - 2 items overall. Nowhere close to what is being told in the other reviews. Extremely...

It is a little difficult to find, but I was prepared for it, having read the reviews! Karnataka Bank on Infantry Road is the landmark. Space is at a premium - lobby, dining area etc are quite small. Overall it looks like a miniature hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Electrical fittings are sleek. Only problem was with hot...

My two night stay at the hotel was very comfortable, thanks to the extremely alert staff and management...Was especially impressed with the efforts that were made to ensure I could access the free wifi mentioned in the tariff! I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Bangalore next...Hope the hotel continues to meet expectations..
