The road between the garage and the main gate was covered by snow and due to the terrible behaviour of manager,we had to clean it ourselves with BELCHA!!! The manager was telling not to go out with the car while all others were already on the road. We told him to clear the passage only....but reaction was tremendous

It's a nice hotel.the view from the reception is excellent.It has spacious rooms.view from balcony is very good,the beas river is near to this hotel.Food is also good.Hot water is only available for stipulated time. (Negative point).Some time they charge exyra for room heater (Negative point)...

Good hotel nice and clean room Corner room though bit expensive but is spacious and view from there is awesome. We loved it and therefore chose that room. Food variety is not good in the buffet as per the cost of the room. Although food was good on 31st Dec. Service: Had to face issues with hot water in bathroom....

After visiting Shimla, we went to Manali and had already booked Lords Residency thru their Shimla office. The weather was clear and it was just a heavenly feeling standing in the balcony of our room and gazing at the stars. The view of the river was too good though it was it was looking more of a stream. The snowfall...

The hotel is located on the left bank of the Beas river and far away from the hussle bussle of the shopping centered Manali. The view from the rooms are explicit. The river Beas flows down cutting through the Himalayan peaks with its might... one can even hear the water rattle. The rooms are big, washrooms are provided with bathtubs...

The Hotel is good...especially the view from the hotel rooms...beas river is just at the back of the Hotel and was visible from my room apart from the high hills and thats what we were looking for..Service was great..But the food was really bad but that might be because we went in July which is basically an off season... Stayed third time at the hotel, this time in peak season from 20 to 24 May 2014.. again excellent location, probably only hotel from which we can see snow and River from so close. We stayed here for 3 days, we had a good and decent experience here.. best thing was the balcony where we could really enjoy the beauty of nature and to beat the cold we had been provided with a room heater at a nominal cost ... I stayed at Lords residency for my Honeymoon trip. All rooms are so neat and clean & comfortable. Hotel location is too good with a view of Beas river and Mountains covered with Snow from each room balcony. only cons was they don't provide bath tub knob to fill up with water. Location is bit far from main market but...
