The main good thing about this hotel is its position on the beach. There is a door in the lobby that opens directly to the beach! The other good thing is the bar with a very helpful and handsome bartender. The food is so/so. There are some rare staff with English knowledge. The breakfast is good and usual. Nothing special...

I do not even know where to start... This is the worst place I have ever been! Let`s start with the staff: we arrived at the hotel with three very young children, but they wanted to put us into rooms on different floors. English was problem from the very first second, but let`s blame us for not speaking their language......

There are only two features of Hotel Sanapiro good enough: the rooms are spacious and the hotel is clean but unfortunately nothing else hits a fair mark: the wi-fi does not work in the rooms at all and occasionally at the only and small bar. The receptionists are not friendly and no-one else seems to want to speak English. Our...

We stayed at this hotel during 11 days because of a chess tournament. Hardly anybody speaks English. The staf is very unfriendly and even rude, except for one lady at the reception who could speak some English and who was very helpful. The food was mediocre, every day we got the same food; French fries for breakfast, lunch and dinner!...

We stopped at this hotel for 6 days in August 2014. It was mixed trip - beach rest and sightseeing. This hotel is very convenient in both cases. It has it`s own beach with chaise-longues. And it takes 10-15 min by taxi or a bus to get to Batumi`s old city. The room was nice, with the sea view from...
