Hotel Era Palace Kvariati/Gonio. I've visited over 650 cities in 80 countries on 6 continents and this is a very terrible hotel with very appalling poor customer service. No restaurant available and served cold food at breakfast, area surrounding hotel and roads are very poor, dilapidated, and run down. The hotel room fridge and mini bar didn't work, hair dryer...

The pretensions of this hotel would be amusing if you weren't staying here. A very superior young woman deigned to check us in (she was in fact the only unpleasant person on the desk) and then we were stuffed into the world's smallest elevator -- three people and luggage was a tight fit. Rooms were fine but the plumbing was...

The hotel is in one of the central street in Batumi. The staff was very helpful and hotel was clean. The room rates per night normally was included a pool and sauna but we could not use it due to reserved all the time :). Another suggestion for the hotel management is to arrange a cattle for hot water if...

This one was fine. Pretensions towards 5* were evident although not entirely realised. Perfectly adequate city centre hotel. Clean and efficient. No problems. A good, central situation. I'd stay here again. Buffet breakfasts were comprehensive.

Inefficient unhelpful check in. Made worse because (a) lift not working (b) allocated a room on 5th floor next to where drilling was going on for several hours a day----other rooms were available so why put in a guest in such a room. Hotel was very slow to agree and facilitate a room change. Hotel should warn guests about this...

Its rooms are lush and luxurious, its interior posh and pretentious, its facilities ample, and it's refreshing to see the staff do its best to treat their guests according to high international standards. But, I am sad to say, this hotel does not quite live up to the expectations it stirs itself. The bathroom looks far more expensive than the...

The hotel is located in a busy street, which is fine on the one hand if you need to arrange things, on the other hand the room looking to the backyard was quiet enough to rest. Very friendly staff will welcome you upon arrival and being a midsize hotel nothing will take long. My room was spacy and clean, well...

Large room with fridge and mini bar though no safe, or English TV (despite the listings). Good night's sleep despite facing the main road. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom with a bath - and even a plug! It's a fair walk to the centre, especially if it's raining which it does a lot. But it's a comfortable walk and it's...

I stayed there 1 night. The hotel is great, beautiful rooms, great service and staff. Bar prices are reasonable. The hotel is located near the city center and 10 min. walk from the beach. Highly recommended.
