We stayed two nights as a last minute add-on to the beginning of our trip. We stayed in lagoon apartment #5301 which had an amazing view. Very spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The room had a great view of Moorea in the distance. The room could use some maintenance, but the view more than made up for it. No beach access was a bit of a bummer, but we were happy just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The front desk staff wasn't unfriendly, but they weren't overly helpful either. It would've been nice if they told us at check-in about needing to insert a key next to the door in order for the lights and a/c to work. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful even though you could tell that they were understaffed and working multiple positions. Good place for a couple of nights to recover from the long flight and adjust to the time difference.

We booked a lagoon view room on a high floor and upon arriving in our room I had a immediate reaction to mold in the kitchen area and visible mold around the air conditioning vents. I am severely allergic to mold so I went down to the desk to see about moving. I was told the hotel was full and they would let me know if there was an opportunity to move. About an hour later they did find a space for us to move, it was on the ground floor with no view and no shower facilities. I was thankful to be in a mold-free room but it was certainly unfortunate that we paid for a view room with a shower. I have stayed at this property before for one night as we awaited our flight to Bora Bora, but based on this experience I cannot recommend for more than a layover night.

The Hotel is not - by far - its money worth. The room ( lagoon studio ) For cost of 366€ for a night ( excluded breakfast ) I expect much more. For sich a price I compare to my international travels worldwide. For such a price I receive a much higher grade of quality, service and hospitality. Especially having had a 21 hour flight to Tahiti. - no pickup service incl for a 8 min drive from the international airport - no information about local curfew or similiar upfront by the hotel and by thus minor service. Which should have resulted in a much cheaper booking price! - no prep info from the hotel - after booking - that because of the idiotic curfew the hotel has from 9pm onwards no open bar. Not even room service! A disgrace for such a price and arriving international guests. Especialöy because of the curfew the hotel should comensate with additional services. - the room was furnished with very old interior - which had obvious long usage. The room must have had some kind of paint job - because you found paint drops on the couch and other places - for a 366€ night the hooks, hinges and towel racks were loose and almost off the wall - No decent coffee machine in the room. - the room offered no compensation - the hotel had also no interest in the constructive critics and therefore no reaction by management This was a disgrace and disappointment. It can be categorized as a 2-star BnB.

Beautiful pool, lagoon! Amazing experience with the sunsets in the PM! AC did not work in room, no view, floor was loud, bed was like sleeping on a rock, wifi is inaccessible in room have to go to lobby, Mask MASK MASK, got asked by a security to put on my mask when I was sitting by myself on the dock, Hotel staff not friendly, Tried to reserve another room due to flight cancelation, found it online (Hotels.com) cheaper rate, booked online and needed to change dates. Hotel did not assist in the changes needed, said they did not communicate with 3rd parties. Good for one night before jumping to Moorea or Bora Bora, quality is not to par with their rates. Substandard.

We were three couples in our 50's and chose to stay in Tahiti for two night traveling from a stay in Taha'a moving on to Rangiroa. We selected a Lagoon Studio room as were pleased with the room. We had read reviews about the hotel and didn't have high expectations and it exceeded for everyone. The views from our room of the pool and overlooking Moorea were beautiful. The room was spacious, had a small sofa, kitchen, bath/shower room and separate water closet. Were were on the second floor with an okay sized balcony. The property sits right on the water, has a fresh water infinity edge pool as well as access to the lagoon for swimming. There's a bar and two restaurants on the property and the setting is very nice. We walked from the hotel to the Blue Banana one night for dinner and then to the Poke Bar food truck at Via Poo Poo park for breakfast the next morning. Both were fairly easy walks but were on a busy road. We at tapas one night at the bar sitting looking over the lagoon. This was a stop over hotel and not a destination for us and it served it's purpose well. Everyone felt is was a good value for the money.
