Our experience began with a warm greeting by Delia on arrival. We stayed in one of the villas on the hillside with magnificent elevated views across the bay and out to sea. The two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and the communal lounge/kitchen provided a home away from home feel (read - much needed privacy for Mum and Dad...

We went to Daku as a group of 8 to obtain our Padi diving certification in Fiji. Our ages ranged from 12 to 56? Everyone felt welcome and safe. Loved the experience from being able to snorkel out the front to the tennis that JJ so kindly organized. We had some great meals at Daku JJ bought Lobster from the...

We chose Daku Resort because it was recommended by friends. We had an amazing stay. Our family consisted of 8 so we booked 2 villas. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our trip to Savusavu was to do a scuba diving course, the location was 10 mins from the Daku Resort. JJ and Delia were delightful, JJ played tennis...

Daku resort was nothing short of an amazing experience. We are widely travelled across the Pacific region, Asia and Europe. Daku exceeded our expectations as a brilliant place to stay in Fiji. SavuSavu is somewhat remote and that actually added to the overall experience. The service from the resort staff was excellent second to none. We stayed with a group...

My husband and I stayed in one of the ocean view Bures (a traditional Fijian building, imagine it like a cottage). It was close to the really nice outdoor pool, but we still had privacy. The Daku Resort offers a variety on Bures from a private Bure to big, spaces family Bures. We didn't had a kitchen in our Bure...

I loved my stay at Daku Resort. If you are thinking of traveling to Fiji, please consider Savusavu, and Daku. There you will get an experience that is different from a typical resort. Daku's staff immediately learned the names of all the travelers in my group, and called us all by name thereafter. Every vacation activity and experience was enhanced...

Stayed in a villa, which was very nice and spacious, great view! Delia and JJ are super friendly and helpful in organizing excursions. Enjoyed dinners with them in the al fresco restaurant, which was delicious.

My wife Emily and I travelled here for our Honeymoon and we certainly don't regret the decision! We stayed at the Infinity Villa, and it truly took my breath away. The hosts, JJ and Deelia, and all of the staff were truly determined to accommodate every need that could arise of ours. Emily and I arrived without much of an agenda...

Daku Resort is truly amazing! Upon arrival, our family was greeted by name from the staff and the owners. In all of my years of travel, I've never been greeted with such love and made to feel like part of the "family". The daily activities are amazing, especially the dolphin adventure. You can visit a local village, climb to a...

Daku Resort proved to be a special place to stay. A moderately priced resort in a great location looking out on the calm blue waters of Savusavu bay. Warm & friendly staff (Aubrey, Anna, Peggy, George, Maria and many others) , fantastic food (thank you Anna) all produce a welcoming & convivial atmosphere with the hosts JJ & Delia. The...
