Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Soo expensive, poor quality ( rooms are awful, there were insects in the bathroom) , there is no wifi ( it costs 10 dollars per night !!!!!) When we arrived at 3am they gave us a suite instead of 3 rooms !!!! Because something changed in their IT SYSTEM!!!!! Staff is the only thing positive there

The good thing about this hotel is the staff who work hard to give visitors a good experience but they have very shabby buildings to work with. While they do service rooms every day they don’t look or feel very clean. The food isn’t great but is plentiful. If you can get a cheap deal and you’re not fussy it would be a good base for a holiday.

I want to start of by saying STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Not one good thing to say about it. Rooms were very awful. There were stains everywhere. On the first night we didn’t want to complain or anything and see how it went. But we couldn’t sleep as there were bugs that came out of no where. In one room the bugs made a home in there. So no one could sleep in the room. We complained the next day. And the manager blackmailed us saying we have to right satisfaction letter too get us moved to a similar conditioned room. Which we weren’t happy about. But we had to move to be able to sleep. Also in the first room I got stuck in the toilet as the lock broke and was stuck in there for 20 min with no phone no way to get help. I was lucky I wasn’t by my self in the hotel. Everything was just old and rusty and horrible. We had breakfast and dinner included. There was not much options. And food was very awful so we couldn’t eat in the hotel at all. Except for breakfast we had eggs which you can’t go wrong with. Don’t really have anything good to say about the hotel. I don’t give out bad reviews but for this I have to as I would rather be warned before going somewhere. If only I had known this before booking. I wouldn’t have. And also I’ve added pictures. You can see that there are black dots in two this are ants that they spray. I asked them to clean it especially there. But they didn’t.

Not a 4 * by a long shot - positives the staff working the pool bar and surrounding area were excellent, drinks were re-filled quickly and they looked after you, the shops at the resort were well equipped and once again, staff were helpful. Downside - rooms were dark and outdated, although kept clean and coffee, tea etc were replaced daily in our room, in the other room we had family stay in, the cleaner was not so efficient and we had to ask for replenishment. The food was not great in variety and to be honest underwhelming. I honestly do not know what else to say about it, we paid for all inclusive but honestly would not bother. The music was a repeat everyday, the only good thing it all went off at 22:00pm so do not expect a party atmosphere here! Entertainment was perhaps three times a week, generally feel the hotel is definitely more suitable for those seeking a cheap, no thrills stay, personally did not feel it catered towards English but again I re-iterate the staff were very helpful. If you want to be in bed by 9 pm this is the place for you

This is the forth time I have stayed at this hotel and use it as a base while scuba diving every day,I do book all inclusive but am out all day,I have used many hotels in this area and currently this is the best for the money,Yes the rooms are quite dark but that is normal for Sharm,my room has always been kept clean and well supplied with clean towels when needed and bottled water everyday also the tea and coffee topped up in the room,if you need milk for tea and coffee you can get some from the bar and keep it in the fridge in the room,If I have had any problems with the room after contacting reception the problem has always been rectified promptly. The choice of food is not the larges but breakfast is very good and you can always find something to eat at dinner,I know the lunch buffet is smaller but never went as I was out all day.As for entertainment during the day it seems to be the same every day,and there are several evening entertainment shows. The best part of this hotel is the staff.they can"t do enough for you.a please and thank you and small tip goes so far.Top staff for me are Gamal and Kareem in the restaurant and Ahmed at the bar where it is very difficult to get to an empty glass before the next drink arrives.all the other staff are great but not a great memory for names. The hotel does have mainly Egyptian guests but you can understand that as they had to fill the rooms to keep trading through bad times but all the staff love the British and can"t do enough for us.I will certainly be back next year.

i have stayed in many "boutique" hotels in Sharm all within the same price range. If your coming here expecting a 5 star resort you may aswell not bother. My room was dark with two lamps not working not a massive problem but could have been an easy fixed if they chould have been bothered, they were not! My wash basin leaked from a split plastic hose which meant i had to place a towel under it to stop it going all over the floor, Again an easy fix if they could have been bothered, Guess what? they were not! The room and bathroom where clean my bed has a new mattress on so no concerns. The food was as expected and was only breakfast i ate apart from 2 nights. The hotel is not really aim at UK guests but for what it costs i dont think anyone can complaine about it. The pool bar was ok never had to wait for your drink. You will not however get sugerfree drinks. Would i stay here again? No there are much better hotels

This review will be fair and honest. This review is current for March 2022. Cons 1)We are a family and were given a family room . It was filthy, the toilet and bath had brown stains, the kitchen worktops were sticky and the doors, light switches and fridge were thick with black dirt, the bed bases were dirty. it was so depressing I almost cried, We complained and was told that noting could be done but we went back in the morning and was given a pool side room but reception were very rude about it. The pool side room was dark and we had to leave the front door open to get some light. It only had 2 bedside lamps 2)The food was absolutely awful. Variety was limited and they only served Egyptian food, the bread was stale and the salad was dry and every day it was the same thing just a different sauce. Noting for children. They have wine but you have to ask for it, I wouldn't bother it was vile and tased of pure vinegar. No gluten free options. 3)The staff are pleasant until you tell them you are not happy with something. We completed a feed back form and gave them an extremely generous 3* (it was awkward to give them anything lower) Costa the animation guy came over to us and started having a go at us asking why we did not give higher. This made the last few days of our holiday very uncomfortable. 4) Bar, is one man behind the bar with about 3 different alcoholic drinks. The fizzy drinks are from a bottle and they leave the tops of so its mostly flat. There was beer and coffee and I think vodka Pros 1) Free shuttle bus to the beach. There are lots of steep steps down to the beach so if you have mobility problems you may struggle. The beach is over crowed to the point you are on top of each other 2) The shop owner on site was kind to us and very friendly (not the man selling clothes and bag etc, he was rude and had a go at another holiday maker who was telling us where to go for days out) 3) The weather was amazing for March, sun bathing and swimming weather at the pool and sea, we got a nice tan 4) The pool area was nice, clean and enough sunbeams and umbrellas 5) Met some lovely people from the UK and Egypt who were also on holiday 6) There is a McDonald's and super market about 15 minutes walk away, but opposite directions. 7) We ate out a few times in Soho and the restaurants dishes were very nice and tasty but a bit pricey Also just to mention that all the staff our men. There was one women how ever she never smiled or said hello, I think she was part of the animation team. I think the cleaners are females but cant be sure.
