My stay was booked by my client on a business trip. It is near their office. But I had a very bad experience with the hotel, starting with the unfriendly receptionist who could not find my booking and I had to wait to find that it was a miscommunication between the reservation and the reception. Rooms are clean but in...

On arriving at the hotel it looks really pretty, tidy and well cared for. Generally this is correct. The down side is that few of the staff speak English so communication was very difficult especially when trying to explain issues that arise during our stay. Apart from one member of staff they were exceptional as all the staff in these...

We arrived at the hotel which was nice. The first room we had was allocated right next to the pool. First night was bit noisy due to the pool being busy. Next day we asked for a different room if possible. They moved us to a lovely double room with a sea view. Rooms are slightly dated but had everything...

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is situated 10 min walk from the Old Market. 10 min by bus away from Marina. Bad food, every day the same selection at the All inclusive. You will be asked to pay for the mineral water. The new years dinner - 54 Euro - Horror. Nice presentation but uneatable....

Turquoise Beach Hotel is one of the best places in Sharm el Sheikh for little money but with great opportunity to get nice sand beach across the street. Beatifull green territory, attractive swimming pool, restaurant in eclectic...
