My husband and I just returned back to UK from an all inclusive Travel Republic seven days holiday, prior to which I thoroughly researched hotels in the area and decided this is the one that almost has everything I want. Location: 15 minutes from airport, 10 minutes taxi to Nama Bay, 15 minutes taxi to Soho Square. The Hotel is right on the beach but, like others, is about 1 km from the main road, which we easily walked (15 minutes) to get the microbus to any destination, it costs nationals 5 EP, BUT $1 tourist, while taxis are costly, roughly 100-200EP. Reception staff are very friendly. They upgraded us for free to a see view room which would’ve cost $50/night extra. The hotel like all others in the area are widely spread low level, two storey, right on the beach, that’s why you will need to do some walking to go from one area to the other, our room was 6109, closest to the big pool and the beach but bit of a walk or stairs to main restaurant or reception, which we didn’t mind, that made me skin trip to the gym, multiple swimming pools, the biggest is the “quiet, adult only” pool, 2 jacuzzi, slide tubes, floating tubes… etc. pool towels are supplied for free with cards from reception. All inclusive include 3 main meals in the main restaurant, and free drinks in reception cafe, pool bar & beach bar. Daily entertainment starts after dinner for kids then for adults at 9. Beach party every Sunday only (quite loud & stays up till 2 am). Food is abundant & different every meal and every day. Good service. Free WiFi everywhere except the beach. Rooms are spacious with balcony that has a sun lounger, table & 2 chairs. Air condition is brilliant. It stays on even when you open the balcony door. Safe, tea/coffee, multiple water bottles supplied free on daily basis., shampoo, conditioner, shower gels and soap bars. In this hotel there are other brilliant services like ATM machine for best currency accepts contactless cards or cash, also bank, mini market, beach shop for any swimming equipment, jewellery shop. Now tips, staff do dot and never ask or force you to give tips, but you find yourself obliged to tip because of their good service and mannerisms.

I stayed at the PR for 2 weeks at the end of May. The hotel is in immaculate grounds and is lavish in appearance. The rooms are spacious with excellent air con and a ceiling fan which keeps the room very cool. The bed is comfortable with fresh linen each day and cleaned to a high standard. There is a mini fridge which is stocked daily with fresh water. The room has a hair dryer and ironing facilities. The furniture is dated but adequate. I stayed in 7210 and had a sea view.
The resort has 3 pools and 3 beaches all are clean but the beaches would benefit from being cleared daily of the plastic and cigarette butts guests leave behind. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas with fresh beach towels. The coral reef at this hotel is stunning, I don’t think you will find better for snorkelling.
The resort has different food and beverage packages, if you want the best of the best opt for the Ultra Inclusive, works out at £48.00 pp per night but well worth it. The al fresco cafe on the normal all inclusive left me disappointed which I raised with the management. I hope to return in the near future and would like to thank Artem and Maysara for always sorting any issues I had immediately along with the management team. See you soon Zoey x

The Hyatt was my first resort stay and it was a great experience. They were prompt when setting up times to pick us up from the airport and were easy to find upon arrival. Checking in was a breeze and they offered a hibiscus drink while the process was completed.
Some of the highlights were the coral reefs available right in front of the beach which make for an easy access. You can swim with the fishes for hours or minutes if you wish! We were also able to take scuba diving lessons with the one and only Sambo. He was very professional and helpful with learning the new information. While relaxing, it was easy to enjoy drinks, games, or just relax on the beach.
The room has a sea view which was very important to us. Because the hotel was on a bluff, the view really was incredible at all times of the day. We were celebrating Valentine's day and the hotel made that easy with this, the special services, and the ease of enjoyment. Having breakfast included is a must as the selection is wide and filling.
Lastly, it was a pleasure arriving in the airport while having someone ready to take us to the hotel. The bell service took care of our bags while we were apt to enjoy hibiscus juices for the check in process. Highly recommended!

without any doubts, it’s very beautiful place and the sea view is just amazing. but everything else is definitely below the status of 5star resort hotel.
first of all stuff show enormous deficits in manners: barely any greetings, politeness seems to be foreign word. understating of english is extremely poor. waiters giving wrong information regarding opening hours, at the reception the guy named mahmoud made couple of mistakes in a row, starting from giving us the wrong room (we booked and paid for seaview in the first line and got the one which was the most distanced, on the opposite side), ending up with ordering 4 breakfasts ‘to go’ instead of 3 requested. It’s fine - mistakes occur but instead of saying sorry for inconvenience, begging pardon for wasting our time, the guy got angry and even rude while requesting to adjust the booking accordingly to our reservation. the requests on phone via front desk were answered quickly but it always took 30min till somebody indeed has done something (bringing water, tea, clean room, take luggage). the hotel itself seems to be not really well maintained, particularly bathroom shows poor maintainability- our tap was leaking, shower as well. kettle had to be replaced in the first hour of our stay. at the reception we were told spa area is included into our booking, as soon as we were in spa - it turned out that only fitness center is accessible, sauna/steam/jacuzzi require additional fee which is 20usd/hour (not listed anywhere, not even on spa services menu), which is quite unusual situation. all in all, ok, nothing tragic but not understandable for the place claiming to be 5star resort.
And last but not least, is the taxi services offered by hotel. the prices for the ride from hotel to the airport are 30usd, which is 3,5 times more than actual rate (250npr). while making attempt to call casual taxi, security team made trouble for taxi driver picking us up from lobby area.
all in all giving two stars, hoping the management takes the criticism seriously and improve something for their guests in the nearest future.

A quick taxi ride from the airport. Hotel is well presented in a great location. Beach onsite, clean, water incredibly clear, swim from the beach or from the end of the floating pier. Snorkelling excellent. You know it’s good when the paid diving boats park up a 100m from hotel! Restaurant is good with a decent selection of fresh salad, breads, meat dishes and a kids buffet area. Selection of deserts (as with all ‘all inclusive’ hotels) very good… often see people trying 4 or 5 deserts. Excellent selection of local foods every day… ask a staff member to prepare you the ‘Egyptian Foul’ for breakfast.. very nutritious and good with all the toppings. Not as much fish as I hoped, only 1 evening they had a tuna. Very few Brits, out of season in Jan/Feb and I don’t think many brits have returned to Egypt after the issues over recent years. I’d suggest Egypt incredibly good value and in 3-5 years will be full of brits again. Your money goes a very long way in Egypt. Note: DO NOT change money in UK, take USD/GBP/Euros. Hotel grounds are clean and well maintained, a small amount of building going on, rooms being redone and a pool refurbished near block 7000. Always hot water in the room, bed clean and comfortable and remade daily. On to the pieces British travellers need to remember. If you go 4/5 star Egypt, please don’t expect 4 or 5 star Dubai, Maldives, Caribbean. They are not the same holiday and definitely not same price point. Park Regency (formerly known as Hyatt Regency) is definitely the best resort I’ve visited in years. The hospitality and service you get in this place is second to none. The staff and especially the animation team lead by Zizo, are all stars. Every single day of our 20 days stay was great, thanks to the different shows, games and parties that they organised. Every morning we would be excited to start our day to play games at the beach or dance to music played by the Dj. Evenings couldn’t get better by the mini disco for kids, followed by music and dance at the Sky bar. Food was great too. The chef and his team were so kind and welcoming and when we asked for specific food due to my diet they were more than happy to make it for us. My 6 years old daughter and I had great time there and we cannot wait to go back 😊

Hyatt is by far the most nice looking hotel in Sharm El Sheikh . We had a sea facing room with a spacious balcony and excellent views of the Red Sea . We stayed here 15 years ago when it was the Hyatt Regency and had an amazing holiday so had no hesitation in going back. We booked a beachfront room but we were very disappointed as it was very tired and not as clean as it could have been. The room had a mini fridge with a glass door and a permanent light so we had to cover it with several towels and the pillows were hard foam. The all inclusive we paid for was quite limited with the main place for food being the buffet. The food was quite poor and breakfast wasn't worth bothering with. The layout of the grounds is lovely but the pool needed a clean and there were tiles missing, it all felt a bit like they were running the hotel on a shoestring. The staff were very friendly. The beach was quite nice but they had very loud music all day which we could hear from our room as well so that was annoying. The only internet was in the reception so no good if you have to keep up with work. We were so disappointed we checked out after 2 days and moved to a better hotel.

Visited the resort for a week. Location is fantastic, 15 minutes from the airport. The scenery from the hotel is picturesque. The cleaning team are extremely friendly leaving the room very clean each day and making animals out of towels for us to see. We visited with a new born baby and the hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and were over accommodating. The cafe by the pool ‘cascades’ is perfect for lunchtime food (burger and chips) which is a nice alternative to the all inclusive food. The team working the bar pool side see to all your needs bringing out cocktails, food and refreshments every day. Will definitely be returning to this resort. We have had a fab time here. Special mention to Maowed one of the chefs for his efforts with us as a family and to the cascades manager Mohsen.

Hello. Rested at Park Regency from June 1 to June 10. I liked everything. The food is at the level, a good assortment, everything is delicious. The sea is beautiful, warm, clean, sandy sunset into the sea, corals are nearby, there is a pier for snorkelers. The hotel is a cascade, it is difficult to walk up the stairs in the heat, so you need to take a map to the reception and familiarize yourself with the location of the elevator, as well as the underground tunnel with access to the beach. You can easily order a club car that will take you wherever you want. Mini-club: open from morning to 6 p.m., break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The mini-club has a beautiful nanny who looks after your children. Children paint, sculpt plasticine, make applications, and also swim in the pool, which is located in the mini club. There is also a TV where you can watch cartoons and play PlayStation games. A special thank you to the nanny for a wonderful vacation for our children. The hotel definitely deserves attention, justifies its price 100%. I would definitely come back here.

Good morning, in the hotel you have several plesant bars or restaurants. Outside you have perhaps at 2 kilometres shops and restaurants but in my opinion you haven't bars because it's a muslim country : bars are basecally in hotels. "orange" taxis are at the entrance of the hotel, note very expensive.
There are more places to choose from in the Sharm El Sheikh area.
