This hotel was great and just ignore the poor reviews. Staff were spot on and the rooms clean and tidy. Pools are great and quiet as most people on the beach, Pool bar has endless supply of sakara gold beer for the men in your life. Entertainment was varied to say the least from karaoke to sword swallowing. No complaints...

This hotel is located on the Red sea side, near Hurgada, in calm and very beautiful place! There are different types of accomodation: main building, lagoon and dune rooms. We've stayed at dune room #44. It is near the beach and it is very convinient to reach restaurants, pools and etc. The food is very tasty and we were glad...

My girlfriend and I decided to get away from the UK snow and head to the sunshine of Egypt in Jan 2010. We spent a long time looking for a hotel and this included reading reviews on this website and others. Tia Heights has mixed reviews but we decided we liked the look of the hotel and its location so...

We were transferred on Christmas Eve from a poor hotel in Hurghada to Tia Heights and stayed for eleven nights, we were unable to read any prior reports. On arrival we were impressed with the reception and the speed of check in. We asked for a sea view room and were allocated a Dune Room the view was fantastic. the...

This hotel should be avoided at all costs. We have stayed at a dozen 5* hotels in the middle east, and this was truly the worst. Does not come close to 5*. The food was literally inedible, and we struggled to find something to eat every day, which is not the way you want to spend your holiday. Even something...

first the food: awful Then the service: if you are a woman be prepare to wait 30 minutes, even if there is no one else. I you are a non-german man, you have a chance to be served within 10 minutes. The room is basic, and they tried to charge us a tennis lesson that we never took (30 minutes...

Positives : The package we reserved aws all inclusive which was...

We have just returned from Tia Heights and what a disappointment it really doesn't warrant a 5 star I would say more 3 star plus. So much of it needs updating & as for the toilets within the hotels main building & grounds they were disgusting, on saying that the rooms themselves were very nice but again needed some TLC....

This is really about a 3* place and only if you get a renovated room. The dinning room is too big, too busy. and not particularly clean. There is no organization for table seating and little service for beverages or clearing of tables The food is only warm when it comes from the kitchen. By the time you stand in...
