Last minute getaway for 10 days. Stayed in Stella gardens not Stella beach although linked the gardens hotel felt much newer and cleaner. Weather was stunning.
Choice of 4 pools only one heated but to be honest so hot was lovely once you were in the cold ones just as much. Towels given daily no need to take your own. Mats for the sun beds just ask towel guy. Waiters from bar brought drinks to your loungers and the towel man on hand for putting up umbrellas etc
Room cleaned daily high standard. Reception and dining area constantly swept and clean. Al a carte restaurant must book on first day or may not get booked. Indian and Chinese definitely worth going to. Main restaurant was well stocked with various dishes daily but it’s Egypt remember so if your looking for bacon/sausages/ roast dinner etc your in the wrong country.
Our waiter was Fadi brought hot water and milk for my tea bags. Got drinks from the bar and constantly cleared up and worked hard. Reception team Gamal, Ramy and Mina nothing was too much trouble their smiling welcoming attitudes day and night made you feel very special.
Shopping in the small mall was fun, a little haggle for bags with Youssef or no need to haggle for crisps/snacks/ cigarettes in the mini supermarket made a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend and return to visit again soon.

The blue shuttle bus goes to the beach every 20 minutes from 08:00 to 23:00
There is a pier for snorkeling & diving along the reef. Lots of fish and other sea animals to see. Spa and sports activities are also top notch.
Entertainment team is top notch. .!!! Special thanks to Mazen and Chanti.

Stay booked with Mondial Tourisme (Leclerc voyage), you have several French representatives on site which is a real asset when your English is average;-) - rooms: good quality bedding and soundproofed room properly, from the point of view of RAS household everything was ok! - swimming pools: 8 in number, we took advantage of the ZEN pool, the animated pool with slide, the wave pool and the large pool located at the bottom of the complex. The other pools are more like pools for young children! - restoration: 1 main restaurant, with wide opening hours! You eat varied in the evening, for lunch and in the morning it is almost always identical including for the dessert buffet. There is also a snack at the bottom of the complex for late breakfasts and snacks until 3pm if you do not want to go to the restaurant. Your stay gives you access to 2 additional restaurants to book quickly on the terminal located at the reception. We tested Indian and Asian it was very good. - hotel location: about 30min from the airport. The hotel consists of 2 resorts: the Garden and the Beach. You can access the beach via shuttle or walk (not even 5min in a secure way) and in this complex you have access to the beach, the beach bar as well as the snack and towel rental service. On the way you will find shops for souvenirs and snacks! and as everywhere in Egypt you can negotiate all prices;-) - the Red Sea: what happiness!! From the beach you have a pontoon that deposits you on the coral reef. For the brave ones, you can swim a little further than the pontoon you have a gigantic coral wall, if you go around you will discover a whole other fauna!!! Quite accessible by snorkeling. - excursions: We did the Luxor excursion via the agency, 70€ per adult. RAS everything was perfect and the guide "Hassan" a real enthusiast! Be careful, you will be asked to exchange coins for a 10€ bill, do not do so because the coins are not always real!
-negative points: the all-in which is no longer quite an all-in (but a priori this trend is widespread everywhere). Your bracelet entitles you to the basic drink card (which is already very good all the same) except that if you want a fresh juice, a more elaborate cocktail... well you have to pay extra. Same for cotton candy in the evening, popcorn,..... The bill is to be paid before leaving, be careful ask for the detail as they tend to round up the expense a little too much;-)
In summary we had a good stay in a clean and welcoming place with smiling staff. Egypt remains a low cost destination and obviously we can not demand 5* French!! FYI we paid 2200€ for 4 people outside school holidays.

We visited in December 2024 for 11 days. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this hotel Upon arrival at reception it was very chaotic And took at least a hour to get to our room Which we were not happy with as next to a entertainment stage with shows on till 11pm Pros
Rooms are cleaned to a reasonable standard each day with bottled water and new soaps and shower gels . Air conditioning is ok in the hotel room Beach is clean but they like to play loud Arabic dance music Dining room staff are friendly but over worked and trying to clean tables before new people arrive
Cons Food is terrible unless you like Arabic food The choice for western people id say is poor Breakfast is worse you have to quere for fresh eggs, everything else is cold and no pork at all Bread is hard and stale We spoke to other residents and they said they were ill after eating the fish Bar staff are unfriendly and make you feel your living in sin because your drinking alcohol, it’s all house drinks unless you pay for selected drinks One heated pool the other pools are freezing cold (in December) The pool I felt comfortable using was very congested and noisy again playing dance music at the pool while we were here 700 hundred guests arrived on the Wednesday which made it impossible to get to the buffet restaurant at all Flys landing on you constantly by the pool another pest is the constant men and women asking you to buy a massage over and over as well as diving, snorkeling and safaris we were here to relax
Be prepared to walk a lot as everything is spaced apart 10 minutes walk to the dining room 10 minutes walk to to pool 10 minutes walk to the beach

Room was regularly left uncleaned by staff, especially replacement of towels, water, tea making kit and toilet roll. This forced us to make several complaints to reception which was frustrating and unacceptable.
Food was average at best with lack of variety and we, along with several others started to struggle with the food. The a la carte was ok, especially the Italian and Indian at Stella beach. Room service was non existent and resulted in us having to actually walk to order at the dining facility which was ridiculous, when the food arrived it was stone cold.
Round the main pool, it was extremely noisy and the lack of sun beds was ridiculous to say the least. Guests were getting up as early as 0430 to put towels out or it was noted paying pool attendants privately to put towels down and reserve towels on their behalf. If you didn’t get up very early the chances of securing a sun bed was slim to non existent. The sandy areas round the pool was always full of cigarette butts which was awful!
Night entertainment was poor and monotonous and we stopped attending after a very short period of time.
There is no standard wifi in the rooms which I’ve never heard of before and could only be accessed in the main foyer, however due to the sheer volume of people accessing it, it was poor and slow, thus we were forced into paying over €40 for just 2 devices for just a weeks access.
The beach was easily accessible by the regular shuttle bus, however once on the beach, the plethora of sales people offering various products and services was overwhelming and frustrating.

We stayed at Stella Garden for 10 days in August 2023. We were 4 adults and 2 children.
The rooms are OK, but there is water everywhere as soon as you shower. The staff is pleasant, cleans the rooms regularly (or asks if it needs to be done) and gives 2 bottles of water as soon as they are empty.
The swimming pools are large and fun: entertainment, wave pool, slides. But often dirty... Indeed, sand separates the deckchairs from the edge of the swimming pools... therefore, presence of sand in the water... The bars are easily accessible by the swimming pools (but less so when you are outside the swimming pool...)
The beach... On foot, from the Stella Garden, you have to go through the street and cross the Stella Mare (around 10-15 minutes). Then you have access to the beach. Lots of deckchairs available. The pontoon takes us to a pier where we can see many fish. Not too much current, so nice for snorkeling. Be careful, take beach shoes.
The restaurants... the buffet restaurant is large, but not enough seats for everyone... we had to wait many times to be seated (there were 6 of us). The food is basic, bland and repetitive. Moreover, it happened 3 days in a row that a dish was presented under 3 different names, even though it was identical... We have all been sick... We tried the Lebanese and Chinese restaurant. Okay, but it was very cold inside. Some servers drag their feet, too bad. But at the Lebanese restaurant, they were informed that one of the girls was celebrating her 3rd birthday, so they decorated our table, sang a song and brought a cake. Adorable!
No Wi-Fi at the hotel. Only at reception, and again....
No other problems at the hotel, except for the locals who think they can do anything... they pass by to help themselves to the buffet, they sit on our deckchairs so our towels are attached to them or even one of our daughters sleep there!
As for the excursions, we booked with Sabri, an agent from Corendon, who came on site to present the excursions to us. Great agent who takes the time to get news before and after the excursions via WhatsApp. Thank you to him for having done what was necessary during a problem of understanding between the hotel reception staff and us... We did the safari in the desert (Bedouin village, camel, quad, buggy, meal show) with the guide Mahmoud, who speaks French. Top excursion and guide! Great welcome, well supervised, very friendly. We also took a boat trip to see dolphins in the wild and swim near coral reefs with beautiful fish. Top excursion and guide! We weren't crowded on the boat, it was nice and pleasant.

Holidays from 08/07-08/14/2023. Overall impressions are 3 out of 5. The hotel doesn’t deserve a 5. Everything on check-in and check-out was without problems. I got it right on time. The room was large, we even played bambenton with our child in it while we were waiting out the Egyptian daytime heat. In the room, the linen is clean and the towels are in place, but wet cleaning leaves much to be desired, and the floor is all dusty, probably due to the desert nearby and the fact that when cleaning they washed with a dirty rag, they had to use the towel for other purposes. It was not very pleasant to sleep, because... the pillows smelled musty, something like what you get when you wash clothes and forget to take them out of the washing machine and remember about it a couple of days later. Bring on the water, 2 bottles in your room per day, if you need more, you have coolers and your own container at your disposal, in the form of previously emptied bottles. During the week you can go to restaurants 2 times of your choice; there are 4 of them on site, where you will be served drinks in broken dishes. In terms of nutrition, I was disappointed by the lack of fruit, or rather the meager amount of it, everything was cut up and floating in some kind of liquid. There were apples, pears and oranges, once mango. At the same time, during the excursion they told how many fruits grow in Egypt. There are more than 50 types of mango alone. The area is also not too bad, it’s green, but navigation is not very convenient, it’s a 15-minute walk to the sea, and waiting in the heat for a crowded shuttle is still a pleasure. There are only 2 bars on the territory where you can refresh yourself without getting wet, and 1 is open after 18. There are 2 more, but they are in the pool. The abundance of people drinking at the counter and not going to the toilet is alarming, and according to my observations, the color of the water at the counter is significantly different in color)))). The animation is weak, the torn volleyball given out “lifted the mood.” A 12 year old child was bored. The sea is beautiful as always, but the hotel has nothing to do with this. The beach is located in a bay, at low tide the water rolls back quite a bit, but there is a pier with 2 entrances, deeper and shallower. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, and there were no problems with drinks in the bars either. In general, the rest went well, I received a solar charge). Whether or not to go here is up to you.

My sister and I vacationed for a week at the beginning of April. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, checked in, had dinner and checked in. The room is large with two beds, clean, good mattresses, pillows, bedding and towels. Water, tea, coffee were replenished by the cleaner without any reminders. The area is beautiful, a lot of greenery, flowers, everything is well maintained. There are many different pools and water slides. Since the hotel is on the 2nd line to the beach there is a bus service, we very rarely drove up, only when we got to it right away, we didn’t want to wait, we immediately walked. Very leisurely, less than 15 minutes. There were always places on the beach, the beach was clean, there were showers and toilets. The pier is long and equipped with storage space, which is very convenient. There are two descents, we called them children's and adults'. The depth at the slopes “jumps” with the ebb and flow of the tide. There is a lot of wildlife, there will be something to see. I liked the food, there is a choice, the dinners are especially varied. The desserts are very beautifully decorated, some are very tasty)) You can use the bar/restaurant on the beach, which is included in the concept. You can also visit a la carte restaurants by making an appointment through the email counter. We only went to Lebanese, we liked it, it was delicious and the service was good. Entertainment. A good animation team, exercises, water aerobics, stretching or yoga, darts, boccia, something else. There are also paid entertainments: billiards, horse riding, a tennis court, and everything related to water sports. In the evening after the mini disco there is a program for adults and a disco. Once we looked in, there were almost no people, so they left. Maybe it just happened, but they didn’t come in again. We also organized our own leisure time and went on excursions. We ordered through Instagram from camitourcom, contacted them again, they pick up everything at a decent level, deliver it, everything is clear. This time we didn’t go to Hurghada, but decided to bring Egyptian oils for ourselves as well. Good factory ale baraka black cumin, we took a liter in different volumes)). This is what you can take inside, this is the only thing I bring back from every trip. We ordered through eliteargan on Instagram, and they delivered it to us. The holiday flew by unnoticed; as always, a couple of days were not enough) We were satisfied with the hotel. There are some minor shortcomings, but overall this did not affect the rest. Can be recommended.

I have very fond memories of my stay at the Stella Gardens Resort & Spa. The service was extremely friendly and helpful in every situation. Rooms are cleaned every day, including changing bed linen. The cleaning staff makes beautiful compositions of towels and rose petals on the bed. Food great! Every day there is a different cuisine, but Egyptian cuisine deserves the greatest recognition. You can eat raw fruit and vegetables in restaurants without any worries. The area and surroundings of the hotel are very clean and safe. It's close to the sea, a few minutes' walk - for the more convenient, there is a bus between the hotel and the beach. The big advantage of this hotel is the nearby coral reef, where you can admire beautiful colorful fish. You go down to the reef from a pier where lifeguards sit and there are open lockers for clothes. The beach is very clean, cleaned every day. I would highly recommend!!!

Myself and a friend booked this holiday as a winter sun getaway and it didn't disappoint. For what we paid it was fantastic value for money. Rooms: Large with plenty of room , two double beds and a large bathroom. Cleaned daily and fresh bottles of water left in room every day. Food: Usual All Inclusive food in the large buffet restaurant. Plenty choice and something for everyone, not top star dining quality but we didn't pay top star dining quality prices either! Only slight complaint was food wasn't always that hot but that perhaps came down to the fact the hotel at a guess was only about a third full and food turnover wasn't as quick. I do think in busy season the dining area would be very congested and maybe not such a nice experience. Staff are very attentive and very willing to help at all times. Also on site between the gardens and beach resorts are four A La Carte restaurants, Lebanese is a must , was really lovey , we also chose the Italian (you get two choices for your weeks stay), the Italian was fine, not exceptional but a nice change from main buffet . Pools: There are several pools around the resort to suit everyone. As I said it was quiet when we were there but I can imagine these will get very busy in the height of the season. The entertainment team were located at the heated pool which we didn't really go to. Bar staff at pool areas take good care of you and keep your drinks topped up all day.
We were just on a chilled getaway and didn't do any trips however plenty on offer if you wish to go out and about.
I did walk down to the beach which is lovely and worth a look. A shuttle does run every 15 mins or so if you didn't want to walk.
All in all a great stay. Hotel and grounds kept immaculate and staff very helpful, we took some £1 coins and tipped accordingly which was appreciated.
There is internet connection n the lobby only, however you can purchase either an Egyptian Sim ( my choice and worked fine in hotel and if out and about) or premium internet access for at the hotel only.
We were slightly annoyed that our All Inclusive status ended at 12 noon on day of departure and that we were expected to pay for any food after that time, our pick up wasn't until 4.30pm so this really wasn't acceptable. However the restaurant staff didn't stop us going in so we still ate at the buffet.
