The hotel was quiet but in a convenient location close to the main street. I stayed with a group. My room was small and dark with a tiny bathroom - ok for 1 night but glad we were not staying longer. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. There is a courtyard outside with a pool.

Very clean, well maintained hotel in a quiet area very near the town center (5 minute walk). We had a deluxe room for a family of 5, which included two full size beds and one twin. The room was very large and spacious and had a balcony. The downsides were the bathroom was really small for the size of the...

The hotel is small but cozy and super clean. The staff is very attentive and the location is really good. Just a few steps away laguna ninfa, 3 blocks from the port and a block away from the street of kioscos (where food is fresh, cheap and delicious)

Great small hotel. Our room was big with two double beds and a single. There was a small balcony and several windows that can open with or without screens. The bathroom was small, but there was hot water for a nice shower. It was spotless. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind. Location is great. Just around the corner is the...

The rooms were clean and neat with some unexpected amenities- soap and shampoo, hair dryer, refrigerator, and unlimited filtered water. Included with our stay was a nice breakfast that included hot and cold selections. The pool was clean and refreshing. There was a nice patio area with a few tables and chairs under umbrellas and some loungers. The area was...

Clean quiet hotel with lovely pool. Our room 111 was large with tiled floor and 2 3/4 beds pushed together. Beds were hard. There are no English speaking staff which was a problem as we had no hot water. Even showing staff member the problem did not fix hot water. Our bathroom was small and older but clean. We used...

We booked a mid-price hotel with our tour company and were well pleased with Villa Laguna. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and we had a small balcony. There was a small swimming pool, but unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to use it as our tours...

Villa Laguna Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Rooms are small, but a/c works well. Staff does struggle with english, but they were able to do everything I needed in my 5 night stay in August 2014. 5 minute walk to the main street of Puerto Ayora for dive centers, shops, and restaurants. Daily breakfast is nice with tables set...
