I am very sorry for the local staff who were very nice to me when I stayed for 10 days but the owner / manager was so rude and racist too. He never replied the complaint with smile and I wasn't even rude to him just asked why the water didn't run out and the water heaters was not working....

Got taxi from cruise ship. Went for drive to see Jesus statue. We weren't comfortable with driver so got him to drop us at this hotel.. Drinks very reasonable & lunches also but we didn't eat. Very helpful staff. Ordered us a blue taxi which are metered much happier with second driver. First taxi was yellow which are not recommended....

the office manager is very bossy. He asked his staff to call me to come to his office to pay the bill while I was eating my breakfast. The menu for breakfast doesn't change everyday, so you will eat the same menu. Sometimes his expression is just unconcerned with my complain about my room, for example when the water doesn't...

Check-in is slow because only one person is allowed to do it (she speaks Tetum and Portuguese with limited English) while the Portuguese owners watches her work and tells off the guests. Note that you have to pay at check-in, which is not normal in Timor-Leste. They said it was because of people waiting to the last minute to go...

I visited this hotel to conduct a security and safety check for my company as we are looking for safe places for our employees to stay at. We were especially concerned about earthquake and tsunami safety. When we looked at the place we were warmly welcomed by the local staff and showed around. However when we met one of the...

This is one of our favourite place for lunch. They have Daily Special with different menu everyday and fresh juices. The staffs are also incredible helpful with explanation of the menu. The place is fully air conditioning which make our lunch more enjoyable.

Stayed for 4 nights here. The hotel is clean, rooms are big and I had no issues with the toilet and bath. Wifi is free and was fast enough for my needs. The AC purrs like a cat. There is a cable tv, a water heater and a fridge. Unfortunately for me, I stayed on the top floor and it's...

Free Wifi available. Not fast, but it's working better in restaurant than rooms. Kind staff and you would be satisfied with coffee and breakfast here. It's easy to get burgerking and Kmanek supermarket. I think long term guests are quite a lot.

Again impressed by the hospitality and friendly hotel staff. This trip was for three weeks with...

I liked this hotel a lot. It's in the centre of Dili. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and quite cheap. There is AC and the fridge in the room. It also provides complimentary Wi-Fi.
