I am a Seven Stars player and have stayed at many Caesar’s properties. This one is the worst by far. The staff is rude no matter where you go in the casino and hotel. Bring your own water, there is a slim to none chance you’ll find a server to get something to drink. I could go on and on, I won’t. I’ll just scratch this property off my list. It’s no wonder Atlantic City is deteriorating.
i was visiting a friend who was staying in the Harrah's Casino on 04/22/21, Ive been trying to reach Dawn who is in Risk Management i left multiple calls regarding my belongings, Harrah's security refuses to give me my belongings, I talked to the security guard Kris and he was very rude told me, i Cant not receive my belongings because the guest needed to be there, now the police was involved and they told the security guard it was ok for him to give me my belongings and he stated No, So than i had asked him to speak to his boss and he refused to call him down so i can talk to him, They are holding my grand daughter ashes who passed away, my work uniforms and my work computer, as well as my personal stuff, Kris the security guard stated to me that they only hold belongings for a month and than they throw it away, and I stated you mean the workers keep the stuff, it is now 06/22/21 still no response, I do not recommend anyone to stay they, they are unprofessional and have no care for their guest.. And the room did not have a covid 19 seal every other room did but that room, the bell man told the guest of the room to call down because all the rooms needed a covid, A call was made it the front desk told us that they didn't need to have a covid 19 seal, It was stated how unease he was and the front desk stated they would noted it, & as going into the room the bellman noticed the covid seal was on the dresser.. Again a call was done and they told the guest to go down in the morning to talk to a manager. I give this stay a rate of a 1…
Poor customer service. Room was and bathroom were filthy- not clean. Left the casino to head out into the city only to not be able to get out the parking garage. It was not manned at all and the terminals only worked intermittently. After 2 calls to security and 30 minutes did we finally have success getting through. The only positive point was the ease of checking in and checking out. Needless to say we checked out after only being there 4 hours due to our disappointment in the property.
Don't bother because they obviously don't care if anyone stays or not. We decided to get away for a few days and have always enjoyed Harrahs in AC. Just getting checked in was a nightmare. The line for self-check in had only 1 open kiosk, which kept malfunctioning, never moved & there was no help anywhere. Then, all the restaurants are either closed or are on weird schedules which they don't bother telling you about. Then we find out that the fitness room was closed. I get that places are starting back slow but the least they could have done is let us know these arrangements ahead of time. Very disappointed Harrahs.
Harrah's charged me for parking, internet and $20.00 for a swim in this pool that's only opened 5 days a week, but only to 5:00pm. There is no "Hospitality" to be had at this hotel, 4 nights, with no house-keeping services to speak of, and extremely limited food options. Skip this casino and find a small chain hotel, at least you know what you're in for! for the "largest" entertainment organization, it speaks volumes that I waited "on-hold" for 40 minutes when I tried to call customer service for some help. I guess they just take the tact, let-em wait on hold long enough, they'll just go away! So much for award winning customer service!
