Stayed two nights at Laguna tower. Room was very clean and spacious. Chicken guy and Bobby's burgers were both good. Casino was well laid out, clean with great music. Didn't win but played with small winnings for a few hours. Lobby bar was a nice to have a drink or two. Check in staff was pleasant and fast. First time staying at Harrah's, Will stay again.

Hotel's Favourite
I have to say that I am stunned by some of the reviews left by others. Like a Tale of Two Hotels. While there have been visits when was momentarily annoyed by something that wasn't perfect in a room. I have never experienced what others have described and I have been a Harrah's customer for many years. Hopefully with the pandemic being more manageable, rooms can be serviced more often and renovations - like those recently completed in the Waterfront Tower - will be undertaken throughout the resort. After just a 10-minute check-in experience I went to my room in the Atrium Tower. Clean, stylish and wonderfully quiet. The Atrium was renovated over the last year and a half. Great, comfortable furnishings and attractive lighting. A bedroom and living room suite, its a great space in which to spread out. Each room has a big-screen TV when you can't agree with your partner about what to watch, or if one of you wants to stay up late while the other sleeps. When I have the choice I like the Atrium. I have stayed in every tower multiple times over the years, except Laguna, including the Costal Tower - which I have always found to be perfectly fine. I'm sorry for those who have experienced differently. Had a great meal at Ramsey's Steak House. It wasn't cheap, but it was great and I enjoyed my time sitting alone at the bar as I was traveling solo. The bartender was great as were the service staff. Costal Craft and AC Burger perfectly fine and much cheaper. Also enjoyed time sitting with folks at the Lobby Bar near the reservation desk. No one is a stranger at this bar and the bartenders - Pete, Anthony and Mike are my favorites - make everyone welcome and can make any drink. Except blender drinks! Sorry folks, this is an adult bar. Top shelf spirits and top shelf company. Didn't have much luck on the casino floor, but enjoyed the wide variety of machines and table games. Am looking forward to changes planned for the former buffet space and several of the retail venues. No one likes to see closed up stores and construction walls. Dear management: pick up the pace! Everyone was terrific, from the reservation clerk to the solicitous housekeeping staff. From casino floor drink servers to the parking valet attendants. In light of what some others have reported I almost feel guilty saying that I had a really great time and will be returning next month. I would just ask anyone staying at any hotel to remember that the way they leave a room when they check-out makes a difference to those who have to maintain those rooms and those who will be staying in the room next.

My husband and I took the grandkids for a weekend trip, I inquired about the family pool when making reservations, I was not informed it was closed. We found out it was closed after we checked in. We left a day early, nothing for the kids to do in the hotel. Very disappointed.

The renovated rooms aren’t even renovated. They up charge to stay in a renovated room, but they are the same. When we checked in, we didn’t got the room we wanted. They put us in the coastal tower which is the older tower. We got switched to the renovated tower, and there was NO difference…. The front desk never answers the call, and gives nasty attitude. The carpets are dirty. The pool isn’t free. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The room is very big and looks modern but the wall is very thin and we can hear the people next room. Bathroom and bed are nice. Check in & out was ok using the kiosk. Self parking is ok but exiting the garage is confusing.

Booked a room at bayview tour for 3 night. The non smoking room was poorly cleaned before our arrival. Room smelled like smoke. Toe nail and hair on the shower floor & When asked for cleaning the response was we will put a request but its not guaranteed. Nobody responded to clean for the 3 nights

Horrible hotel with no customer service no housekeeping even though the claim is due to covid its due to caesars properties being too cheap to hire enough help. I had to go downstairs to ask for towels because there is no way to reach the front desk. And our no smoking room reeked of pot. They don't punish smokers smoking in no smoking rooms. Harrahs and caesars in general turned 5 star hotels into chit holes.

The staff is horrible and the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The other room I booked had a roach. This whole place is ghetto. Never again !!!! The food is too expensive. There is no longer a buffet so there is no attraction here. The rooms are old and dirty.

There is a smell of marijuana EVERYWHERE. We checked into our room and it was disgusting. The toilet was not cleaned or flushed and was clogged . I waited over an hour to have it cleaned and was told by the hotel desk that I never called when, in fact, I had spoken to two people in person. Harrah’s has fallen from Grace. A once incredible resort now is no better than a motel 8. Stay somewhere else .

Went because I had a comped room, to see what a resort off the strip had to offer for future outings. Decided to pay the cost per guest for the pool. Was disgusted seeing used straws from days prior around the hot tub, and old limes from drinks under chairs. Housekeeping certainly did not clean the pools or hot tubs. I was so shocked I took pictures for management to see. You figure on a Tuesday you wouldn't expect junk plastic and used items still remaining from probably a busier weekend. What we hoped for a relaxing pool day, caused us to leave, go to the strip and spend money on other activities. Overall, the room was clean, and well cared for. However, what is billed as a "Waterfront" room is overlooking a marsh at best. You have a better view of a parking lot then you do of water.
