I booked my room 2 weeks in advance with an agent and told her it will be late check in because we were coming from out of town. When I to the hotel or room was gone and front desk was very nonchalant
When I booked the room I was told I was getting a luxury room with a king size bed and smoking. When I checked in the clerk down graded my room to a queen size bed and non-smoking and also tried to give me a room with two queen size beds. The clerk also took somebody to check in that was not even in line and she was very unpleasant. If you would like to contact me my e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you and have a good day.
Great time, the room was comfortable., except the bathroom needs work, molded walls in the shower, toilet was dirty, stained. Clearly see that touch points were not sanitized, but I had my lysol spray and wipes. I did not call housekeeping because only 1 night, but for a $200 plus room, I expected more cleanliness. The slots were ok, no luck, but I enjoyed myself otherwise.
The room wasn’t clean, all the sheets on the bed had stains. We had to call the front desk twice. It took over 3 hours for room service. We had to put them on the bed ourselves at 2:00am after a concert.
disgusting ! room was never cleaned. calling the front desk is a waste of time. they never pick up, dust everywhere elevator door smeared with what appeared to be peanut butter (for over three day) water in the elevator floor . just a nightmare. casino is for smoking guess as the entire area smell of smoke. there are designated smoking area but it appears that patrons smoke where ever. we were there for three days the 23 floor waterfront view. will not return and does not recommend.
