The hotel/casino was very clean, restrooms well kept. A beautiful 24/7 fitness center with all new equipment! The pool is always gorgeous! The staff was friendly and respectful. I dined at AC BURGER CO, and I would highly recommend it to anyone, inexpensive and delicious! Again a wonderful staff (: Overall 5/5! However, I was a bit upset that the family center and indoor family pool was closed, but I completely understand with covid, it’s probably for the best! Thank you for a wonderful experience! And remember to SMILE (:

This is my first time with a room on the 2nd Floor of the Dennis Tower. It's great because you don't need to use an elevator to get anywhere, unless you want to. Other then that the room is a typical Dennis Tower room, except this one had a small unusable balcony. I prefer the Dennis Tower when I am going to the beach for it's easy access. I tend to avoid the Dennis Tower if not going to the beach. Check in time was slow, like at least 1/2 hour wait in the line (kiosks were not working). Parking was included in the resort fee. According to a piece of paper given at check in the pool and spa are closed due to Covid restrictions as opposed to their web page where it says that the pool & spa are closed due to renovations. Other than the restaurant changes and the Caesars sign at the entrance to the WWW, I did not notice any other differences with the new ownership of this casino hotel. I did not gamble on this trip.

So Wife and I went to AC to meet up with family for a birthday. Boardwalk was nice, good weather overall, and we stayed at Ballys. Room was nice minus a needle that was found near the fridge but housekeeping quickly responded and took care of it. Room was great- not one rude hotel/casino or sportsbook employee that was found- everyone courteous. I liked it and the location. Better liquor and wine selection for gamblers would be an improvement- even if charging a few extra dollars like next door for premium. Waitress on the gaming floor very nice. Dancing security guard was funny and positive. So - that was all good but lack of amenities and resort fees still is a little much . We took the train so parking wasn't an issue anyway. You get wifi but pay each day a resort fee.....That's tacky when there is no pool/ gym/ jacuzzi options.....I understand renovations coming....just my opinion. Gamblers lounge was nice on the 5th floor. Bartender was great at the bar- she has been there a while. I'm reviewing the dining on another platform. Saw some negative smoke reviews and I think it's improving in that area.

Overall, the hotel isn't BAD, it's just not good. We had a smoking double room, and we loved the location! On the "35th" floor overlooking the beach. The room was as everyone else online has stated -- very, very outdated. The room had literally one accessible outlet in the room, and it was on the opposite side of the room from the bed. The other outlets were under the bed, behind the tv, next to the door, and in the bathroom. Made no sense. And the toilets are barely a foot from the floor, so you may as well be sitting on the floor. But the worst part was by far the AC. We were here 4 nights, and we took notice that the AC unit was leaking. It wasnt just a small leak either. The entire carpet at the entrance to our room was completely soaked. It was to the point where you could hear the water squishing when you stepped. And because it was right by the bathroom door and the bathroom was tiled floor, I slipped walking into the bathroom a couple times before I realized that the floor was soaked. We brought it up to the main desk on our third night and they sent up maintenance to "fix" the AC to get it to stop leaking and then housekeeping to vacuum the water out of the carpet. That was good for about an hour until we noticed the carpet was soaked again -- probably more than it had been. That night, the AC pretty well died because we had to keep lowering the temp and it only kept getting hotter. With all the water in the carpet, it got exponentially more humid and stuffy in the room as the temperature went up. It got to the point where we had to request a new room for our last night because neither of us could breathe. We ended up getting a different room right next door, so it was set up the exact same way with only one outlet and the small toilet, but at least the floor was dry. Thankfully this place is getting a $90M renovation in the coming months, and I'm seriously hoping these rooms get done. I did see at one point that there were guys with power tools coming out of one of the rooms on our floor, so I'll stay optimistic and say that those rooms are in the process of being updated. 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is no longer a Ceasars property. They try to say the Jubilee rooms in the Tower are suites. They are not. Ceasars remodeled these rooms above floor 38.You can't book these rooms. For a higher rate you can up grade at check in. Pool area closed.. They won't say why. Dennis tower bathrooms very small. Garden tower rooms view is parking garage. All other indoor pools in AC are open. Stay at Ceasars or Hard Rock. You get what you pay for!!!
