I have never stayed in such a horrible place. We checked in at 9:00 and by 10:30 had moved to the Sheraton hotel. The room was not clean, there was hair all over the bathroom. My husband would not even sit on the bed. I called my timeshare that Monday and they provided me with a free certificate. very appreciative...

We went their because it was cheap & the pictures looked good, the reviews suggested it was ok but BEWARE. The place stinks, the accommodation 'felt' dirty. The bathrooms are old and really not cleaned all that well. The balcony railings seemed like they were about to fall off. I not dare have food from their restaurant, besides my son...

Our experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired. There was a long line at check-in and the elevators took forever. We even had to line up and wait for three elevators to pass because they were all full. The worst part was that there was no hot water for showers in the morning. The concierge told us...

We spent most of a tortuous week in July 2012 at this visibly aged and in serous need of repair “resort”. We got to "enjoy" the “resorts” little to no hot water, non-working appliances, poor service, horrific amenities and bad location. While it is true it is “on the Boardwalk” The adjacent Boardwalk is mostly closed and barricaded due to...

As others say the accomodations are a bit tired looking but serviceable. The biggest complaint would be the elevators which are, according to signs, in the process of being renovated. They are very unreliable and frustrating, with often long waits for them. The staff, however, are friendly and helpful. The location is on the beach which is nice, but a...

This resort wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best either. My biggest concern was that the electrical outlet in our room was loose and sparking when we pulgged the lamp back in. The rest of the room was adequate. On a positive note, the staff in the lobby was wonderfully helpful in every way.

I literally waited 20 minutes for an elevator. We checked the time. I have twins in a stroller and the stairs were not an option. The hotel was not very clean. The staff literally ignored me. It was awful. I will never go back. It was too far from all the attractions. Not worth my money.
