Rooms are OK, but the area is really bad, horrible streets, there are no places to go around. To have break fast I had to walk to the other hotel cuz they offer it there... They were not going to let me in because I didn't have passport. I lost my passport in Bogota that same day and they needed...

This little resort/hotel is well hidden away down the side streets near the Zuané Hotel. It has beautiful gardens and lovely swimming pool. Staff are good and always around to assist. The rooms basic but neat and clean. When it rains, it's a bit wet in the rooms. But one can expect this in Colombia. Nothing is "leak" proof. The...

This place has amazing service. Our waiter had the best attitude and disposition. Nevertheless, he has nothing to work with when talking about what the restaurant serves as food. Food is terrible. If I can spare someone the dreadful experience I had, please never go here. They started serving fried plantains that I am sure were made long hours ago...

Excellent: service and common grounds. The staff was very helpful and the common grounds were nice (pools and sitting areas). Very Good: Skybar, restaurant, and breakfast- at Santorini Resort. Every day I would go to the skybar to watch the sunset and have a Limonada de Coco. The menu is limited but it is perfect for drinks. The restaurant is...

I found Santorini Boutique Hotel through Hotwire.com and booked a room for two nights. I was staying in a decent $70/night hotel in central Santa Marta, but decided to move to a hotel closer to the airport. Let me start off by saying the MAIN reason for staying at this hotel was to relax after a day trip to Tayrona...

I stayed at the santorini hotel and resort in april and had a great time. The staff is very friendly and the rooms nice and clean. The small rooftop pool is a great place to hang out and enjoy the view. It is south of Santa Marta and Rodadero but I found the beaches in this area much nicer. I...

First off, the hotel lost our reservation. When they saw I was American, they wanted to charge me double the rate we booked our stay. The in house restaurant is horrible, lack of choices and dirty. The rooms have inadequate AC, rooms are not cleaned timely and supplies not restocked. We had to go to the front desk to ask...

I visited the restaurant last night, I found that restaurant lacks hygiene. Several cockroage were crossing the restaurant floor. Very unfortunate! The food was not attractive as well. The place would be a great success as not much options around in this area but the place was completely empty. I refused to pay the tip as a way to call...

Expensive for what it was. Rude staff. Silly rules ie my Dad and I had completed the Cuidad Peridad trek that day, my brother who had already done the trek earlier came to meet us for dinner. We were not ready in time, we were exhausted and things were taking longer than usual so we asked if my brother could...

We stayed in the Villas for a couple of days. The room was good and they had a pleasant swimming pool/cocktail area and a couple of restaurants. A short walk up the road took us to the main hotel where we had an excellent breakfast every morning. They also had a roof-top swimming pool, bar-restaurant and niteclub area. A short...
