This was promoted as a quality place to stay in this Caribbean resort off the coast of Colombia. That was about 50% correct. The food, the view and the free drinks were as billed. The room was underwhelming, no chair, thin poor mattress. The staff really helped form my opinion. I am an American living in Colombia and am used...

The Decameron representative that sold this overpriced package (in Medellin) completely misrepresented the hotel (Decameron Los Delfine). The room was soiled and well overused. Stains on the couch that flipped into a bed. Furniture was absolute garbage that you would find at a dumpsite. The representative said that it was all-inclusive and you could also go to any other Decameron...

Just back from beautiful San Andres 18 March 2016. Our second time to this little hotel of approximately 35 rooms. Some things have changed since our last visit back in 2011. Sadly some not formthe better. The place is very well kept. Cleanliness is an issue taken very seriously by the staff. They clean railings with a toothbrush for heaven's...

Given the price and all inclusive deal I was expecting MUCH MUCH more, and we were greatly disappointed. I will list some of the issues we faced below in no particular order, but to sum it up if I ever go back to San Andres (which I plan to) I will definitely NOT be staying at the Decameron hotels (I...

Among the Decameron hotels in SA, I think this was probably the best option (or Aquarium). The main points for me, being with a toddler, was location, being just a few steps from the city center, neat and clean rooms, having a good restaurant at disposal, not to mention the pool bar and mojitos. On the bad side was the...

From what I paid to stay at this hotel, I was expecting a 4* hotel which it was far from being. I had a room on the street side facing the pool - noisy from the street and lack of privacy as the pool is basically just outside the door. Wifi not free and signal poor, room okay, facilities basic....

It was my first time in San Andres. I went there with my wife and two friends, staying a week. I need to say that the resort is small but this never must be considered as disability or a negative feature of the place, quite the opposite, it is well located in the downtown, the employees are pretty attentive, the...

Went to San Andres for the first time in December. What a beautiful island! The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the shopping area (tax free shopping, so go crazy!). This hotel is perfect for couples, definitely not for children as there is no entertainment. The food is very good, it is all A La Carte, but there is...

First of all, here's what's important: if you are a couple and it's an adult/romantic trip, this is your ONLY choice if you'll try the Decameron hotels. All other hotels are packed with loud children animators, large families and very loud activities. Also they're all much older, while Los Delfines is a beautiful hotel very well located in downtown San...
