Despite the high ratings, this hotel is rather ordinary. What was unacceptable is the group only had one towel in two rooms and, even after we asked for more, only got a couple of small ones in addition. Check in was long and confused.

Functional hotel with no character. Breakfast budfet uninspiring and in plastic containers. Room ok but windows didn't fit so heat and noise came in. Uninspiring hotel but great location. We had room 609.

Stayed 3 nights whilst touring Colombia. Hotel in one of the best areas in Medellin and within walking distance of Santa Fe - a vast shopping mall, and other malls if you like them! Also 15 minute walk to several restaurants. Have to walk back up a steep hill. We did walk back in the dark at 9pm, didn't see...

The hotel is quite acceptable with a pleasant breakfast buffet and s beautiful view of city. Staff is great. The room is basic and some noise from hallway but you can get a good sleep here. Extra perk is the rooftop three-man jacuzzi tub set.

Pros: - Large sunny rooms, with comfortable beds - Great breakfast buffet - Good internet connection - Quiet area at night (good sleep quality) - Fantastic restaurant on site (we ate there several times and everything we ordered was fantastic and at good price: fish soup, club sandwich, fish in a passion fruit sauce...) - Two small jacuzzis on the...

Excellent service. Good food and the employees are very polite, kindness and friendly. I could repeat my stay there. Just one bad thing: location is far away from fine restaurants. The room could be more clean.

We stayed here for 6 nights over Christmas. The hotel staff are friendly and one spoke great English. The room was spacious and bright with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very extensive and plentiful - fresh fruit, a selection of juices, cereals, breads, eggs, other Colombian traditional hot food, teas, coffees, cappuccinos etc. We ate in the restaurant...

Rooms ok, friendly staff, neighborhood safe to come and go, close to shopping malls. Plus: waking distance to La Provincia & a Velez Home that just opened-- At the hotel's restaurant I ordered empanadas as appetizers to share and they put ketchup to the ají (yuck what were they thinking? Even my parents were making fun of it.) I think...

Great location. Fantastic shopping and restaurants are only four blocks away. Four steep, downhill blocks, but still only four blocks. Hotel staff are very friendly and most speak enough English to be helpful. For those looking for a social scene, Parque Lleras is a short taxi ride away. Breakfast was good and the room service menu has good choices.

We spent the first night in Medellin in this hotel, it's very clean and has a roof top gym and jacuzzi. The hotel is on the hill, so it takes a little bit of walking but the roof top has great view of the city. The only downside of our stay is that we need to wait for 20 mins...

“Hotel has 14 floors, higher rooms have better views”

“I think having a dress code for breakfast is excessive, as the last thing we want to do when waking up is to have to dress in a certain way just to have breakfast...comfort should be a priority over all. The rooms could do with better sound insulation as all noise from the hall could be heard. A house phone on the roof would be nice to order food and drinks to enjoy the beautiful views, and access to the rooftop after 7pm would be nice as well.”
