I love the feel of this place. The location is perfect and the staff very helpful. There are lots of very good restaurants walking distance and a fantastic dessert place just around the corner. Though some reviews say the furnishings are dated, I liked the retro feel of this hotel.

The room I was given had 2 separate bedrooms. When you enter, there is a living room area, with a futon and a mini frig 60'70's furniture. What I would consider a MB had no A/C, the furnishing not welcoming. The second room was no better, lacking a closet and yes a dreary A/C unit sticking out from the window...

The rooms in this hotel are beaten down and ancient. The window AC unit looked like it was straight from the 70s. The chair in the room was deformed so I had to ask for a replacement. Uncomfortable bed. I checked out after just 1 night at this hotel and they charged me like $265.34. Total ripoff. I'm only giving...

People who work there are not serious, I was going to pay the reservation at the hotel but they cancelled it right the day I was arrive at the hotel. So be aware if you going to do the same they will sell the room for more money.

We spent four nights here. First, the pros: The location is excellent. It is just steps to everything in Poblado, but it is outside most of the craziness of Zona Rosa. (It's not quiet — nearby restaurants can be loud and there is steady traffic — but it's not bad.) Breakfast is great. Good coffee, lots of food options. Staff...

Plaza is a decent hotel, not overly modern but its clean and very comfortable. The rooms are huge, more like a suite really - get a high floor for a good view of the city. Breakfast was very good every morning! Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants close to the hotel.

The Location is perfect, walking distance to Parque LLeras. The neighborhood seemed very safe. I didn't feel out of place for a second. The staff were nice. The actual room was nothing special, I booked the suite but it was nothing special. They have a ridiculous policy of charging about 40 US dollars if you bring anybody back to your room...

This hotel is great for travelers that are looking for a good, clean hotel at a bargain price. The rooms are spacious, but sparce. However they are super clean.
