I showed up in Medellin with only a few words in my vocabulary and took classes with Yadi for just over a month. She was always extremely energetic and helped me advance my language rapidly. I took a 100% oral language test immediately following our last week together and scored Intermediate-High! Huge progress in a very short time. Highly recommended...

We were looking for the following in a hostel: private room with bath, no bed bugs, no loud party noises, and in Poblado. We got it. This hostel is on a quiet street, but still offer dozens of international backpackers to meet and get to know.

I visited Medellin many times. Always I go to this hostel. I got a private room that match any bad and breakfast. It is very clean and the double bad is very convenient. They have a laundry service in sight. No breakfast, however. Because it is an hostel they have also dorms, which I did not experience and a lovely...

The hostel is in the middle of a quite neighbour that at first appearance seems to be a terrible location. However it's only 10 minute walk from metro/zona rosa/supermarket/gym and 20 minutes from a mall with a cinema. It's extremely easy to get to the bus terminal in the north due to the metro while the terminal in the south...

We stayed at Black Sheep Hostel in Medellin in a private suite on the 3rd floor. We found the room very spacious, with a nice bathroom ensuite. The rooms were serviced everyday and we thought the room was very quiet. The wifi was good, held well for an interview my husband did via Skype. The kitchen was great, the hostel...

We can't speak to any of the other rooms at the hostel as we didn't see them, but the private rooms on the 3rd floor were amazing. They were clean, spacious, had shelves, tv, AC, in-room wifi, and comfortable beds. There were always people hanging out downstairs, but if you're not into that the private rooms were a great escape....

We stayed in this hostel for 3 nights. The room was clean and big enough, although you have to go by stairs for two floors to get there. Location is quite OK, 10 mins to the metro stop and not too far from Lleras. It is better for Youngs than for couples. But still good.

This is a great hostel. We only stayed for one night but it was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. Rooms are nice and there are a lot of amenities. People who stay here are social and you can make friends to hangout with. The location is good since it's in Poblado and very...

This is quite a nice hostel, as they go. The staff were friendly and helpful, the tours that can be organised at reception were great (we did Guatape & walking tour). However, although not a party hostel, the acoustics and the set up of the place is such that there is noise 24/7 - the walls are thin so just...

Had such a great time at this hostel! As soon as I got in, the staff was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Recommend if you can, staying on a Sunday as well for the BBQ :) I was going to just stay one night and move on to check out some other hostels, but found it...
