Old and beautifully built . The staff was most courteous and at your service at all times. Walking around the ground was a most rewarding experience . Not Ocean front bu jus a two lane road to cross and be at the sea.

Hotel website has good prices if booking in advance. Enjoyed our stay at caribe,what made it so nice were the friendly hotel staff and the fantastic breakfast. The pool is the biggest on the boca grande.a 6 year old deer roam the grounds,to include Birds and others. The kids will enjoy this hotel as it has a children's pool also.

Hotel Caribe is different from contemporary hotels. It offered me an idea of the Republican architecture from the past and took me back to the old James Bond movies! (the elevator is still manual..) This hotel was very nice and beautiful. I think it was very overpriced for the quality. The guaranteed wifi in the rooms and in the hotel did not work while we were visiting. One of the workers came to fix it, but was not able to get it fixed. That was a major disappointment being that our phones didn't work...
