My boyfriend and I spent a week at Hotel Boutique las Carretas; we had a great time! The staff was super friendly, the bed was very comfy, the AC was great, and the location is superb. No complaints!!

Mixed feelings about this boutique hotel. You have to watch out as money was stolen from our backpack in the room!! Make sure that all belongings are safe. Location of this hotel is great, within the old city centre. Breakfast was Nice, but there was no WiFi in the room.

It is not cheap to stay within the walled city, but Las Carretas, on the street of the same name, has to be one of the best deals. New to Cartagena, I did not realize that the main gates of the city (at the Torre del Reloj) were no longer used by vehicular traffic, so I was a little surprised...

The hotel is nice, it's location is one of the best in the old city and the service is excellent. My only complaint is the room selection. If you want a quiet room at night you can't hace a nice view. If you want a nice view you're going to have loud music played to you all night long. Breakfast...

Located in Cartagena Walled City, this boutique 14 room hotel felt like I was staying in someones home. Outdoor roof top pool, open air breakfast room with one of the most delicious, fresh & natural breakfasts Ive had the pleasure of eating. Very safe, close to absolutely everything, excellent staff. I had a great stay by myself and although it...

I've stayed at this hotel twice 2 years in a row. It's the best hotel! Very Kind and helpful staff, very clean rooms, nice decoration, love the breakfast and their multiple options. The location is perfect! Will always stay here ALWAYS!

We booked 5 rooms for a group of friends travelling to Cartagena for a wedding. Booking through Hotels.com, we got a great rate, though some friends paid more because the lowest level rooms were no longer available. Each room was different, and one friend was bummed she got the tiniest room compared to others! The best thing about this hotel...

I booked this hotel thru Booking at the discounted price of 42,000 COP/night. The next day I received an email saying the actual price of the room was 420,000 COP/night. Apparently, someone left out a zero. Booking informed me that this was the hotel's fault. The Booking portal allows hotel owners to check the price several times before posting and...

Our stay at Hotel Boutique Las Carretas was everything we could have asked for! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, looked recently renovated and had powerful A/C. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful, giving us recommendations, storing our luggage, calling us taxis, and more. The location is probably one of the best within the walled city, within...

This place is clean and quite with a nice little pool on the top floor. We had friends stay at nearby hotels at roughly the same rates. We considered this the best one. Breakfast and staff were very good and attentive. It is quieter than nearby hotels due to the way it is designed and offset from the street. The...
