It's a nice hotel but the issue is non English speaking citizens. It makes life so difficult when there's no common language to communicate. From reception to restaurant, there's hardly anyone who speaks English. After struggling at the check in, I made my way to the restaurant for dinner and no one understands English in the restaurant as well and...

The hotel is in the airport area. However, to reach it by feet is impossible unless you want to take the risk of waking for 200 meters in a car only lane. The room was large and nice but if they give you a room in the A building, you need to walk for 300 meters and take two elevators...

I stayed in Block B, which is the newer annex, but the check in is in Block A, so the walk to the room almost took ten minutes using two sets of elevators. The room was very comfortable with view of terminal 2. The shower was excellent with very hot water and overhead rainshower spray. The breakfast has alot to...

Stayed at corner room ...888 at Villa A. It's more than spacious. It looked like suit rather than executive room, I paid for. The executive lounge was closed. Maybe the floor was not functioning as executive and that was rthe reason of low price for that room.

Firstly it is an airport hotel in Northwest China so set your expectations. It is conveniently close to the airport if you have a tight schedule. There is some construction between the hotel and airport so use the hotel shuttle (fairly irregular timing). There are no non-smoking rooms. The restaurant is fine and has a few different cuisines (it could...

My husband and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hotel for one night on November 2014. It was an awful experience. First, we arrived around 1:00 am and our flight was scheduled to leave at 8:00 am the same day. All we wanted was to quickly be given a nice, comfy room for the few hours of sleep we would be...

This hotel faces the airport terminal at Urumqi. Compared with other Urumqi airport hotels--this one is clean and rooms decently appointed. The front desk staff (other than older managers) speak only Chinese or Russian. The rooms have modern flat-screen TVs--but offer only Chinese language channels. Rooms are well appointed--although I'm not sure there is anything but "smoking" rooms. The food...

Very nice restaurant options on the lower level. Good fresh fruits for breakfast as well as traditional Chinese cuisine. The beds are very hard but surprising enough I slept very well. The tv only has Chinese stations. Very conveniently located by the airport. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed one evening in this hotel. It certainly met expectations, and certainly was the best hotel we stayed in Xinjiang. The beds were harder than expected, as this seems to be the norm. However, the carpets were clean and there was no sewer smell, which plague even some of the newer hotels in China. We did...

One of the best Chinese airport hotels, with large clean rooms, and a great choice of places to eat lunch and dinner. Arrival. The hotel has a shuttle bus from the terminals, which takes about three minutes. In summer, it will be just as long to walk to the terminal as the road layout doesn't take into account the access...
