This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel, it is more like a 1 star, the service is poor check in extremely slow the receptionists checked in the Chinese guests first and ignored me even though I was there before a lot of the Chinese guests came in, check out also extremely slow even though I checked out at 7am in the morning. The room, well what can I say the carpet is absolutely filthy and it definitely hasn't been vacuumed in days. Room also very dusty.Shower curtain mouldy at the bottom.. When I stayed there was two young boys doing the housekeeping duties. For 2 days I had to make my own bed housekeeping/cleaning wasn't done. The location is very good that is all I can say about it. I have even been told by a taxi firm that the hotel don't allow taxis in to pick up guests. Hotel will not arrange taxis they told me to go to the road. I would definitely give this hotel a wide birth.

Stayed there for a week to attend a conference. It was rated three stars but the rooms impressed me much more than that, at least for this price. The staff speaks English with difficulty but are very kind anyway. They probably don’t accept credit card (please check), but there are several ATMs at waking distance.

I stayed in this hotel in the first week of June. It has a perfect location. The weather in Qingdao is just perfect and the hotel is ten minutes walking distance to the beach of yellow sea. I could have a nice dinner in the Hotel, went to the beach, see sun set and then visit shopping malls in the local area and went back to have a nice sleep. The room is very clean and seem recently just remodeled. The staff in the hotel are very nice though they speak little English. BTW, you can not book the hotel online cause their online system is not ready for reservation. But you may call them or send them email to reserve the room.
