Very nice hotel, the room was very clean and convenient. But be careful about the trip organization at the entrance of the hotel (photo enclosed). There are scammer, they offer free ride but will empty your wallet when purchasing tickets to visit different places. They don’t have any relationship with the hotel, they just rented the place and pretend there are in partnership with the hotel.

I arrived very late at the hotel. When I got to the room there was no air-con, I wanted to go down to the lobby and ask for help, but sorry, no lift available. So I called the manager, I ended up with a fan that is about to fall apart. The hotel is called bay shore hotel, instead of viewing any water, my room is facing the hospital. And last but not least, there’s a pack of condom in the room, how caring. And someone said this hotel is better than last night’s. When I hope to calmly make it thru the night and turned off the lights, there’s a mosquito in the room. I thought I was the luckiest girl when they say the check out time is 2pm.

Well appointed rooms, beautiful view from breakfast at top floor, very helpful people at the reception (some of them can speak in English) and hospitable. For business travelers, it’s reasonably close to Dalian software Centre

My experience of this hotel was absolutely horrific. Upon arrival , having a coffee in the lobby I was approached by a man who handed me his phone demanding that I translate the text for him showing on the screen. He was showing me a multi page random document detailing terms and conditions. He grew increasingly aggressive and impatient when I tried to explain to him that I was unable to translate the document to Chinese. I was at the time desperately looking for some hotel staff or security to intervene - however none were available. After the shock of this instance , I went to my room. The room itself was fine. However it did not take long for me to realise how thin the walls were. I was trying to get some sleep as a conversation was taking place in the next room, it was honestly as if they were in the bed next to me talking. Not really what you want when up for work the next day. The thinness of the walls also came into play when I realised my room was actually stinking of smoke !!! Cigarette smoke from the adjoining room was passing into my room. I was booked into this hotel for 5 nights - I lasted less than one. When I had had enough of the noise from adjoining rooms and passive smoking - I packed my bags and checked out. They still charged me for one night however at that point I didn't care. Due to the lack of language skills among the staff I was not even able to articulate the issue and why I was leaving. Overall - a disaster of an experience.

First at the reception the receptionist was nice , welcoming and gave us all the informations. The room is clean and beautiful. The view from the room of the bridge and sea is amazing its a great location. The dining room is clean , and have a lot of foods choice.
