Stayed as part of China tour. Reception looked smart on check in, but rooms big disappointment, carpets filthy to the degree we would not walk on without slippers, opened curtains and immediately shut again because the windows looked disgusting. Bathroom badly worn. Swimming pool looked like it hadn't been used in years, and revolving restaurant was closed. Location poor, the...

The room was sedate but also stylish. The breakfast was excellent as was the one evening meal we ate here. Located just outside the city centre but with some good local shops nearby. A pleasant stay, would recommend.

2 nights here, easy to get out and about to visit city, breakfast was good, room was due for re-furbishment , according to a notice but not too bad. Good shower and bathroom . Bed was harder than normal. Fast lift and fantastic views as we had a room high up

We stayed one night as part of our China tour. The room was OK, but no air con was working - we assumed it was the same as Shanghai in that the air con was not turned on until the really hot weather started. The breakfast was really good and the room clean and comfortable. OK for a brief stay.

I had the worst night's sleep of my entire trip here. Thankfully I only stayed here for two nights. The window was hanging off its frame, which was terribly unsafe and let a freezing cold draft in the room which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel obviously knew about this as they'd blocked the gap with a towel and...

This potentially was a nice hotel but was in need of TLC. We had wallpaper hanging off the wall and stains on the carpet. The room was big and comfortable. We were high up and had a good view apart from the unemptied, green rooftop swimming pool. Revolving restaurant was fun but food only OK. Room coffee comes with sugar...

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour of China. The hotel has everything you need: clean and comfortable bedroom with teamaking facilities, good bathroom with shower, toiletries and hairdrier and a room safe. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of Western and Asian food items, something for everyone. Recommended.

The hotel is quite a way from the city centre but relatively close to a metro station and with buses passing on the (very busy) road to the front. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with amazing views over the city. Some on the tour had problems with their rooms but I didn't. Excellent breakfast on one day but as...

We stayed as part of an organised tour. A pleasant hotel, the room was really a suite, most unexpected. Good bathroom, comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, the Wi-Fi was good. It is on a busy road, but there was no noise.

Spent 2 nights here as part of a two week tour of China, one of the best hotels on the tour. Our room, actually a small suite, was very comfortable with great views of the city. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with great shower, noisy air conditioning which you do need on all night in late May. Western & Chinese...
