Staff were were very friendly & helpful.Though catering mainly to Chinese tourists, they went out of the way to hear & solve our issues in the little english they knew! For the price (298 RMB/night) & location this hotel is highly...

Since it was holiday season it was expected to pay 268 per night, quite expensive compare to other hotels but they were kind enough to let us check-in early. Though the hotel looked old as I saw worn-off wall paintings, they still managed to keep the room...

“Don't travel in China during Chinese New Year if you can possibly avoid it as everywhere will be VERY noisy - no way to avoid it! If you really want a 'suite' ie 2 separate rooms, you should get a Chinese speaker to ring the hotel and check, otherwise you might wind up with the extra large room with no dividing wall.”
