In simple words: Far away from city centre, walking to Zhaolin park approx 30 minutes, prices not at all acceptable, breakfast typical local, nothing for western people's tongue, almost no English though friendly and helpful, rooms smelly, old and crappy, one out of 6 sockets are working, ceiling lights most broken. Any good things ? Yes the heating was working...

Horrible experience at this hotel... Old hotel, not well located... We was the only guest at the check-in and it's took very long time with the 2 front desk employees. No body speak english in the staff, it's was a nightmare..Very difficult to have a taxi from there... When we checked-out, we wait for a taxi 1 hour and we...

We went to Harbin for the 2011 Snow and Ice Festival and many of the hotels were quite full, so we ended up choosing the Weiye Hotel based on (1) location, (2) it was a 4-star hotel and (3) the price. (1) The location was advertised as downtown, unfortunately it was not downtown and the taxi driver had difficulty finding...
