The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the main square, the Sara Braun palace, and Sacred Heart Cathedral. It is also within walking distance of the cemetery which is ranked as one of the most beautiful in the world. The hotel itself, while obviously quite grand maybe 40 years ago, is very dated by...

This was the second place I stayed in Punta Arenas - I stayed here on my return journey on my way back home after a trip to Puerto Williams. By this time I had got to know Punta Arenas pretty well and I'd walked past this hotel a number of times during a whole day in Punta and it is...

This great located hotel was probably the finest of the city, but many years have passed without any changes inside what you can see even with one eye closed. The bed was ok and the room was clean. The bathroom was not up to date, but the shower was in function and the water was hot. The breakfast was good...

Nice old colonial hotel. It is quirky inside. The breakfast was very nice.. Comfy beds. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is good. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The plumbing in the rooms is a bit old style ( with a low pressure shower). The place is very clean.

The hotel is nice enough - comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is tasty and has everything you need. Some rooms are very small - leaving no room to move, others full of beds, and some quite spacious. Earplugs keep out street noise. However, in our room, both the hot and cold water dribbled down to nothing in the morning and...

We stayed here before and after trekking in the Torres Del Paine. Our room was spacious and sun-filled, with a small balcony looking over the main square. The bathroom was also large. Beds were extremely comfortable so we slept well, in spite of the inevitable traffic noise. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was slightly disappointing (although this possibly only because our...

The door to my room was charming, real thin wood and allowed the huge echo of footsteps from the hall. Someone marched up and down the hall throughout the night. My room was right beside to breakfast room so at 6:30 am the chopping and blending clatter of dishes were an effective wake-up call. My room had a beautifully restored...

A convenient downtown location right opposite the main plaza. Good restaurants and bus station within walking distance. Had a twin room towards front and on reception level which meant a little noisy. Room size and facilities were good. Breakfast was plentiful. Although towards top end of price range for me Chile is expensive and you get what you pay for.

Stayed here twice on the way to and from the Torres del Paine national park. Hotel was centrally located and handy for exploring the town centre. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were great, nice to have plenty of hot water after the Refugios in the park. Great hotel to stay in whilst you are passing through Punta Arenas though breakfast...

Very well situated, at a corner of the main plaza. Probably will be a little noisy during week days. Rooms are quite good, but the bathroom needs serious improvement. Breakfast is included, and it was a really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful Does not have any parking
