We had to stop over as we couldn't make our flight coincide with our transfer up to Torres del Paine national park . It's the oldest hotel in the town but has been refurbished - the public areas are much better than the standard old fashioned box shape rooms - clean and quiet and adequate , but Our friends stayed...

We stayed as part of a tour group and overall had a very nice experience. Hotel is right on the main square and convenient to restaurants and attractions in the town. The room was not that large but was adequate for our needs with a distant view of the Magellan Strait. Breakfast was very good. Did not eat lunch in...

Stayed for two nights and enjoyed it very much, with front desk staff exceptionally helpful, room with a nice view and inviting lobby and restaurant. Parking is on street, limited free spots in front of hotel, but over night on street parking is free all over town, so no issue.

We stayed here 14 years ago and enjoyed it again this time. A modern, bright corner room on a high floor with spectacular view over the Magellan Strait towards Tierra del Fuego from one window and over the colourful roofs of the town from the other window. Excellent location of course right on the main square, so handy to walk...

This lovely boutique hotel seems quite new - it gleams with a quiet, casual elegance - softly polished granite walls abound. The service is warmly gracious, English is spoken and perfectly well. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast buffet and dinner equally nice. We stayed one evening but could have stayed many -

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Torres del Paine. Its located in front of the main square of the town allowing easy access to the shops and musemums. Our room has the view of the main square. Although our room is quite small, and the decoration and furnishings are dated, its clean and comfortable. Its...

A super modern hotel with terrific views located right on the central square surrounded by lots of great restaurants within a 4 block radius. The rooms are large and very clean. Like others, we experienced lots of party goer noise from the street all night as our room over looked the main square. We would return but will ask for...

We spent one night here on the way to Torres del Paine and I'm so glad we did! What an interesting town with a lot of character - it had the feel of a frontier town, a trading post where all kinds of people could be found. The hotel was great - comfortable and conveniently located right in the centre...

This is a nice hotel worth an excellent location on the main square in Punta Arenas. However, you need to be careful which rooms you get. Rooms on the side of the hotel facing the square can be incredibly noisy with cars racing in the middle of the night and very loud music from the square in the afternoons and...
