We were staying in this hostel for 3 nights. It's very clean, well located (10 min walking to the city center, restaurants) and most importantly, the landlady Paulina is very helpful and nice. She gave us very good tips about things to see and do, places to go for dinner. As we had some early morning excursions, she adapted breakfast...

This was my first time in a hostel and I was really surprised. It is small and simple, just what we needed for the two nights we spent in Punta Arenas. Its location is not central, but it is a easy and safe walk distance for restaurants. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and organized, and even staying...

We had a very comfortable stay at Hostal Labarca. The host, Paulina was very nice and very helpful. We were treated with extra care on Christmas eve morning as we departed at 4 am. We awoke to a festive breakfast room and a complete breakfast. The beds were comfortable and and the room was pleasant and toasty. The location was...

The hostel is small and simple, just what we needed for the two nights we spent in Punta Arenas. What I liked is that the bathroom of our room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and plenty. Paulina is a very nice lady who can adjust in serving you the breakfast depending on the time you need.

We booked in originally for one night, however about 3 weeks before we were due to arrive we changed our dates and length of stay to four days. This was no problem for the hostel staff who were simply fantastic. Paulina booked us excursions, gave us recommendations of restaurants and travel. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and the beds...

We had a lovely time at Hostal Labarca - beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. We were in the triple room which looked like it was by far the nicest but I can imagine all the beds would be good. The room was very warm (warmer than the bathroom!) which we appreciated a great deal as spring...

The clientele for this hostel seemed to be entirely local people on business trips, so unless you speak good Spanish, you are likely to struggle here. The proprietress, Paulina, however, does speak some English, and does her best to help. The rooms were fairly small, and some very gloomy, but had TVs. Those that weren't gloomy abutted directly onto a...
