Really lovely, cozy hotel where the staff make you feel very welcome. We stayed for two nights while travelling around Patagonia and the Ilaia made a pleasant change to some of the places we stayed in. They were also very helpful in arranging things ahead of our visit via email and set us up a breakfast at 4.30am!

We stayed her our last two nights on our Patagonia trip. It is a very small hotel - clean large but simple rooms. There is no TV which was fine for us. The wifi is quite fast, the breakfast was good with tea available all day. The staff were very helpful a and pleasant to talk to and they had...

We spent 4 nights with my son in this simple but nice and charming hotel run by a family with a true sense of hospality. Very clean, very nice top floor living room and just a great great healthy breakfast.

The moment you step into the hotel you are made to feel a home. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. As our first time to the city they spent time marking up a map to use to see the sites, shop and eat at their recommended restaurants which turned out to be amazing. The rooms were a good size....

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip from Patagonia. The hotel is adorable and quaint. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious and healthy (and provided even when we left early for a penguin tour). We had a double standard room that was very small with very thin walls! But for a...

This is a hotel with a focus on a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and personable with an attention to detail to make sure that all of our needs were met. Breakfast is included and served at the time that you set the evening before. The rooms are comfortable with large beds and adequate wifi access. We would be...

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. It was convenient to downtown and had wonderful staff. The breakfast was the best I had while staying in Chile. The top room was a great lookup with a spectacular view of the city.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main area of town. Its recommendation for a car rental firm saved use $150-200. The rooms are airy, although in need of better lighting at night, and the sky lounge area is very nice. Service was outstanding. Just wish the breakfast was much better, not much to it, with no hot...

We stayed here two nights each on either side our of trip to TdP. The property is nice and the staff very friendly. It's run by women and you get the feel that you're in a compound but not in a bad way. The rooms are very sparse but have everything you need. Our first two nights were good but...

I am not sure if this review will make it on TripAdvisor, because my flights were cancelled on the way down to Chile from the USA, but I want to make sure to acknowledge the incredible customer service I received from Daniella and Juanita at Hotel Ilaia in Punta Arenas. They were both so very accommodating of my situation. This...
