We stayed here a total of four nights, two before and two after Torres Del Paine. Very comfortable beds, large rooms, strong heaters, and nice (if small) tubs in the bathrooms. Upper floor rooms are better as you get lots of noise from footsteps if you are downstairs - we had one night downstairs and switched to upstairs and it...

Stayed here before and after we did the w trek. It is just a few blocks from the bus station, ask the information desk inside to point you in the right direction. The staff were very friendly and provided breakfast early for us as we were leaving so early. We also left our larger bags here. There is a nice...

Big Bang is a nice, private hostel in Puerto Natales. Our tour company, Dittmar Adventures, arranged for us to stay at Big Bang both the night before we left for our tour of Torres del Paine as well as the day we came back from the Park. The rooms were comfortable, with the option of a double bed or two...

A ten-twelve minute walk from the main town square. But a comfortable place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff (with suggestions for what to do in town, out of it, and for places to eat). Free WiFi in rooms. Limited breakfast but a nice cozy common room

We stayed at Erratic Rock 2 for two nights before hiking Torres del Paine, and one night afterwards. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was in a good location, 10 minute walk up to the bus station, 5 minute walk into town center. The staff was very nice and helpful, always willing to help and answer questions. We stayed...

We stayed at ER2 for two nights before our trek in Torres and then two nights after. There is nothing fancy about ER2 and its rooms, but the people there made this a fantastic experience for us. Most of our interaction was with David, who is a great guy, excellent host and was quite interesting to talk with. He was...

Definitely a hostel and not a hotel. 8 mins walk uphill to bus station (map on website is wrong) and 10 mins into centre of town. 3 of us stayed in a 4 person room. Very little space to open suitcases, bedside lamp did not work, no coat or towel hooks in room, no mirror either. Just a bed (with...

Stayed here one night before and one night after doing the W trek in Torres. We were exhausted from all the traveling and hiking, this was a good place to go because it's near the bus terminal. Clean room, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure.

The erratic rock 2 is a great place to stay. Rooms were nice, warm and clean. The location is great--very near the main bus station and an easy walk to main part of puerto natales. The staff of the hotel were fabulous. Very helpful and willing to help with any plans needed for the city or travel into Torres Del...
